Adriatic Coast Budva Tour with AJet Airlines 4 Nights 5 Days

Day 1: Istanbul – Tirana – Budva

Meeting 3 hours before our flight at the AJet Airlines counter in the departure terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. We depart on AJet Airlines flight VF367 at 07:55 to Tirana, the capital of Albania. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, we arrive in Tirana at 08:40 local time and, after the entry procedures, our private vehicle waiting at the airport begins our city tour. An impressive tour awaits us in this beautiful city, rich in historical and cultural heritage, where we will discover Tirana, considered the center of Bektashism in Europe. Upon arrival in Tirana, we visit the Et'hem Bey Mosque, one of the city’s most important landmarks. Construction of this building began in 1789 and was completed in 1923; it is one of Albania’s cultural treasures. We take a short break at Skanderbeg Square and see the Skanderbeg Statue standing proudly in the middle of the square. The Clock Tower, the symbol of Tirana, built by Ethem Bey in 1821, is another highlight of our tour. During this tour, Tirana’s modern face and historical past come together to help you create unforgettable memories. After some free time, we begin our journey to Montenegro, one of the youngest countries in the world and the pearl of the Adriatic Sea. After arriving in Budva, our Budva city tour begins. On this walking tour, we will see Budva, one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Balkans, with its magnificent beaches and colorful nightlife. We will visit the historical center of Stari Grad Budva, known as the old town, with streets reminiscent of a medieval town and its small shops and restaurants. After the city tour, we head to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2: Budva

After breakfast, the whole day is free. You can enjoy the sea, sun, and sand or explore any town in this small country with its magnificent bays and nature, and enjoy your holiday. Guests who wish may join the Montenegro Wonders tour organized as an extra. Overnight at our hotel.

Our first stop is Kotor, a small city that is very important in terms of historical and architectural works, and has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage List since 1979. On our walking city tour, we see the most important structures of Kotor, which bears the traces of Venetian architecture, and then we begin to circle around Kotor Bay, visiting Perast, which is photo-worthy with its unique view. The next stop on our journey along the precious shores of this bay is the city of Tivat, where Porto Montenegro is located. Known as the Monaco of Montenegro, you can relax in Tivat’s luxury cafés and relieve the day’s fatigue by swimming or walking along the beach.

Day 3: Budva

After breakfast, the whole day is free. You can enjoy the sea, sun, and sand or explore any town in this small country with its magnificent bays and nature, and enjoy your holiday. Guests who wish may join the Cetinje-Virpazar-Skadar Lake-Bar-Sveti Stefan Tour. After the tour, we head to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Extra Tour: Cetinje-Virpazar-Skadar Lake-Bar-Sveti Stefan Tour 75 Euro per person

On this tour, we first go to Cetinje, the former royal capital of Montenegro, and see the historic Serbian Orthodox monastery there. After a free coffee break in the small Cetinje square, we continue on our way. Then we visit the charming town of Virpazar, where we will see Skadar Lake. During the one-hour free time we will have in Virpazar, you can take a wonderful boat ride among water lilies on Skadar Lake with small boats. Seeing pelicans on the lake, which is the largest lake in the Balkans and home to around 250 different species of birds, will be a wonderful privilege. (Guests who wish to take the boat ride will pay an additional 15 Euro per person for the National Park entrance fee and boat fee.) The next stop of our tour is the historic and tourist city of Bar on the Adriatic coast. Also the main port of Montenegro, we visit Stari Bar, the mountainous part of the city, and see the historic Bar Fortress from the outside and the historical mosques remaining from the Ottoman period. After visiting its small and charming bazaar, we have our free lunch at a local restaurant. We end the day with the extraordinary view of Sveti Stefan. We take a photo break at a spot where you can see the magnificent Sveti Stefan panoramically from above, after the expropriation of an island that had long ago been a fishermen’s settlement and its later sale to a Singaporean hotel chain, which has since been restored for tourism through renovation works. The Sveti Stefan Island, once a village protected by walls in the 15th century and a fishing town until the 1950s, was a favorite destination of celebrities such as Sophia Loren, Marilyn Monroe, and Liz Taylor in the 60s, 70s, and 80s.

Day 4: Budva

After breakfast, the whole day is free. Guests who wish may participate in the tours organized as extras. Overnight at our hotel.

Extra Tour: Tivat & Kotor Bay Boat Tour 75 Euro per person

With the Tivat & Kotor Bay Boat Tour, we offer the opportunity to discover the enchanting views of the Adriatic from the sea. After departing from our hotel in the morning, we arrive in Tivat and begin our enjoyable tour with the boat we board from the port. Throughout the tour, Porto Montenegro, the surrounding natural bays, and the unique beauty of the coastline will be seen panoramically, and swimming breaks will be given depending on suitable weather conditions. After a short free time in Tivat following the boat tour, we return to Budva. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5: Budva – Tirana – Istanbul

After checking out of the rooms in the morning, we complete our c-out procedures. Then transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul at 09:40 with AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF368. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 12:20 and the end of our tour.
