In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For refunds of additional services purchased outside the tour, domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded, while visa services and travel health insurance fees, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded as these services are considered used. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of the Agency, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency in the event of cancellation. The guest accepts in advance the possible financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to demonstrate goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service in the package will only cover the round-trip airport transfer. Cancellation and Changes 4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, cancellation, change, and refund rights do not apply to the flight ticket fees which will be charged as a penalty. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they inform the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets paid and/or committed by the Agency to the airline. If there are 31 days or less remaining until the start date of the trip, they can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket price, and if there are 15 days or less remaining until the start date of the trip, they can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the case of a cancellation request, since the refund terms for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation request period, it is necessary to inquire in advance about their refunds. The Agency cannot guarantee any commitments regarding refunds for additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guide narration inside the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours if local authorities do not allow visits, if certain activities cause roads to be closed, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, including the other tours specified in the program. Some tours may be done using public transport or on foot where vehicle access is restricted. 8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and historical sites, and this also applies to any changes that may occur due to flight times. 9- Important considerations for tours to be conducted with speed boats include: Heavy meals should not be consumed just before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There is no refund for participation in the services included in the prices for tours or meal services if not attended. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation will apply along with the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention. 12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times by purchasing the tour. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to the rules of the airlines; if the outgoing flight of purchased round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in tours with flights are personal processes that must be carried out by guests either at the airport check-in counters of the relevant airline or online on the airline's website before the flight. 16- Any last-minute delays and gate changes in flights will be announced publicly at airports and displayed on information boards. Guests must personally follow these announcements. 17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers not present at the designated airport at the reported times according to airline rules, who fail to check-in and board on time, or who check-in and board on time but do not board the plane. All expenses incurred for guests who miss their flights, including obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for participation in the tour and transfers in the destination area, are their responsibility. 18- The general luggage allowance for departing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If domestic flights exist in the country of destination, this luggage allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued (check with your airline membership). An upgrade guarantee is not provided for every flight. Please check if the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class. 20- For some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to additional charges. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in communication with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In the tour program, if hotels are provided with category information only without specifying names, or if options are presented for the same destination, the guest will be notified by the Agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified locations or km distances. In such cases, the guest will be notified by the Agency 15 days before the departure date of the tour. 24- When purchasing the tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees from flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please verify with your service provider that your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey. 26- The standard check-in time at hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Care is taken to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences according to hotel availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. Typically, breakfast is served in limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel based on room types. 31- All kinds of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and depending on hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1 unit. 33- Additional bed arrangements are available in triple rooms, where the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests in triple room and/or reservations with children acknowledge that the additional beds added to the standard room may cause potential congestion and accept the bed type limitations. 34- If the number of children accompanying adults in hotel reservations and their ages are incorrectly declared by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the erroneous declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are applicable only for the qualifying age group for one "single child" staying with two adults. 36- The daily exchange rate fluctuations will be reflected in the TL prices. The rates effective at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel may incur separate charges. These costs are not included in the purchase and should be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes that may be applicable will be collected by the hotel from the guest at the time of entry or exit. 38- The distances stated in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and other circumstances. 39- The Agency may change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program due to mandatory situations or whenever deemed necessary. 40- The personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of recovered forgotten items, all costs related to delivering the items to the country and/or the individual are the responsibility of the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour are required to keep their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and reports with them. 42- For any extra expenses, a photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be required by the hotel upon check-in. The deposit requested upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of travel. 2- At customs crossings/border checkpoints, to have an entry-exit stamp placed in your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in the passport. 3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa does not guarantee entry/exit to the countries in this tour, as the passport control officer has the authority to deny you entry or exit; the guest is responsible for this situation, and the Agency is not liable. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country passport must inquire directly with the relevant consulates about the visa procedures of the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any consequences that arise. 5- To avoid problems with customs police at the border checkpoint of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, they must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Guests under 18 years of age who are traveling alone or with only one parent may be required to provide a document demonstrating the joint consent of both parents at border entry and exit, so it is advised that both the minors and their parents treat this matter with sensitivity.
