Tour Terms and Conditions

Our guide may make changes to the course of the program provided that the program is fully carried out. Our tours are an integral whole with the tour program and guiding services and cannot be considered separately.

On our day trips, no fee is charged for children aged 0-2. If a seat is requested for children on the bus, the adult price applies. Every individual who has completed the age of 2 is required to have a seat on the bus.

Transportation, surrounding excursions, etc. not used during the tour. Rights cannot be refunded.

A seat cannot be promised during reservation. Extra Tours operate depending on the number of people. If an extra tour does not take place, the guest has no right to compensation. In this case, Tatil Avcısı Turizm has no responsibility. Extra Tour prices may change. In this case, the date the tour departs, not the date the guest purchased the tour, is taken into account. The extra tour price valid in the period when the tour takes place applies. The guest has purchased the tour accepting this.

The times stated in the tour program have been calculated according to normal weather and road conditions; in the event of possible delays, Tatil Avcısı Turizm is not responsible, and the guest has no right to compensation.

During the tours, due to the intensity of the program, it is not always possible to find an ATM, exchange office, etc.; therefore, it is beneficial for our guests to be prepared for this situation.

At lunch, economical menus specific to the region have been prepared. At lunch, tables separated into groups are used depending on the density of the region.

Tatil Avcısı Turizm is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions before or during the tour.

The minimum number of participants required for the departure of this tour is set at 16. If there is not a sufficient majority, Tatil Avcısı Turizm reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given 1 day in advance.

In the event of tour cancellation, Tatil Avcısı Turizm must personally notify the cancellation. Since this is a legal process, there is no right to compensation.

Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the price.

When leaving our vehicles used during the trip, make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you; Tatil Avcısı Turizm is not responsible for lost items.

Our guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If there are less than 30 days until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies, and if there are 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies. The participant must submit the report obtained from State Hospitals in Turkey (signed by the Chief Physician) along with the cancellation request.

All guests are deemed to have completed the sale of the Tour by accepting the above-mentioned items.
