Day 1 Istanbul – Belgrade / June 14

Meeting 3 hours before our flight at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Departure to Belgrade at 12:50 on AJet Airlines flight VF113. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, arrival at 13:45 and following entry procedures, our city tour of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia and one of Europe’s oldest cities, a new symbol of vitality and movement, will begin with our private bus. Among the places to be seen are the Old Palace adorned with magnificent carved ceilings from the Turkish period, the Millennium Monument, Belgrade Fortress, one of the supply centers of the Ottoman fleet where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded at the point where the Sava River joins the Danube but whose conquest was achieved by Suleiman the Magnificent, Republic Square, Stone Square, Military Museum, the tomb of Martyr Ali Pasha, and Bayraklı Mosque. After the tour, free time; guests who wish may join the Zemun & Avala Tower & Tito’s Tomb Tour & Tesla Museum Tour. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

As an extra, guests who wish may join our Zemun - Avala Tower and Tito’s Tomb tour. On this tour, we first go to Zemun. In Zemun, we will see mansions from the Austro-Hungarian period, the bazaar, the taverns street, the old theater, and Zemun park. Then we go to Avala Tower, designed by architects Ugljesa Bogunovic and Slobodan Janjic. After visiting the tower, which was bombed by NATO in 1999 and reopened in 2010, we will visit the memorial tomb of Tito, the Croatian-born founder of the 2nd Yugoslavia. Elected President of Yugoslavia on January 13, 1953 and who turned Yugoslavia into a Socialist Federal Republic. After our visit to Tito’s tomb, who was made president for life in 1974 and died in 1980, but whose controversy still continues, we will visit the Tesla Museum. Nikola Tesla, a Serbian-born American inventor, physicist and electrophysics expert, is the name behind many experiments and inventions, used and unused, that could fundamentally change the structure of science and technology in the world. In particular, an invention such as wireless transmission of electricity and proving it explains how unique an inventor he was. We are sure you will be fascinated by this museum.

Day 2 – Belgrade / June 15

After breakfast, the whole day is free time; guests who wish may join the Novi Sad - Sremski Karlovci Tour. At the end of our tour, we will head back to Belgrade. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

In this tour, in the morning we set out with our private vehicle to go to Novi Sad. Our first stop is Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, after 72 days of negotiations in 1699, the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary-Venice and Poland. During our visit, the 4-gated place where the treaty was signed, as well as the square, the four lions fountain, the historic high school, Orthodox and Catholic churches are among the places we will see. After a coffee break, we continue on our way. Along the route, at Petrovaradin Fortress, we will see the Belgrade Gate, the clock tower, the upper town, the long barracks, and the Leopold Gate. Then arrival in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic province in northern Serbia. Economically it is the most developed region of Serbia and its capital is Novi Sad. During our walking tour here, Freedom Square, the People’s Theatre, Danube Street and the waterfront, the statue of Svetozar Miletić, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox Cathedral of St. George, St. Nicholas Church, and the Synagogue will be seen panoramically.

Day 3 – Belgrade / June 16

Today begins with free time after breakfast at the hotel so that you can enjoy Belgrade. In the afternoon, transfer to the concert venue will be provided at the time determined by our guide. World-famous star of Latin pop music, Grammy Award-winning artist Ricky Martin will offer the audience an unforgettable concert experience with his energetic stage performance, dance shows, and unforgettable songs that became worldwide hits such as Livin’ la Vida Loca, She Bangs, María and Vente Pa’ Ca. After the concert ends, we will return to the hotel by our private vehicle. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade after the tour.

Day 4 Belgrade – Istanbul / June 17

After breakfast, free time upon vacating the rooms. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After baggage, ticket and check-in procedures, we depart at 14:45 to Sabiha Gökçen Airport with Ajet Airlines flight VF114. Arrival at 17:30 and the end of our tour. We hope to see you again at our next organization.


Concert ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable; in the event of cancellation (including the free cancellation period of the reservation), a deduction of 100 EUR per person will be applied.

Need to Know
GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; the agency has the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be conveyed to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour, including domestic connection flights purchased from the agency, will be made along with the refund of the visa service and travel health insurance if they are unused. If a visa service has been applied for using the guest’s behalf, these services, once used, cannot be refunded. If the guest has purchased the internal connection flight from a provider other than the agency, the agency will not be able to claim any refund if the tour is canceled by the agency. Guests accept in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour; the agency will not be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not available, the agency reserves the right to not cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, the tour will be provided individually to the guest, and the guide service included only for the international departure and return transfer. Cancellation and Changes 4- Tickets related to transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date, the flight ticket costs, which are non-refundable and non-changeable, will be charged as penalties. 5- Guests can cancel, without penalty, if they notify the agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding fees paid to the airline for flight tickets which have been paid or committed by the agency. If the cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the start date, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee will apply if the cancellation is made 31 days or more before; if less than 15 days remain, the entire tour fee will be forfeit. For additional services such as internal connection, visa services, and travel health insurance, cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation, and prior inquiries should be made. The agency does not guarantee refunds for additional services. Escort Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the visited locations and weather conditions. During tours, different guides may accompany the guests. 7- Panoramic city tours included in the package are designed to provide a general orientation of the city with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. These tours, along with other tours scheduled on the day and time specified in the program, may not be conducted if local authorities do not permit entry or if due to events or weather conditions, access is restricted or the route is closed. The agency is not responsible for such cases. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot if roads or areas are inaccessible to vehicles. 8- The guide may modify the schedule of city and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants, site closures, or other factors, including changes in flight schedules. 9- For tours involving speedboats: it is advised not to eat heavy meals immediately before boarding and not to consume excessive water. Guests with gastric, back, or neck problems or pregnant guests should inform the guide of their condition. 10- No refunds will be made if guests do not participate in services explicitly included in the price, such as certain tours or meals. Flights 11- The agency acts only as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline. In case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 12- Schedule delays or changes may occur in scheduled and charter flights. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of schedule alterations or cancellations when purchasing the tour. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay airport taxes. 14- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Passengers participating in air tours are responsible for completing check-in and boarding procedures personally, either at the airport counters or online via airline websites, prior to flight departure. 16- Last-minute delays or gate changes will be announced publicly at airports and displayed on information screens; guests must follow this information actively. 17- Guests who fail to be present at the airport on time for check-in and boarding, or who check in but do not board the flight, cannot hold the agency responsible for not being able to participate in the tour. Those who miss their flight will be responsible for obtaining new tickets and covering transfer costs. 18- The general baggage weight limit for flights from Turkey is 20 kg, which may vary depending on the airline and destination country. Internal flights may have a limit of 15 kg. Excess baggage fees are set by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency. 19- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets to Business or First Class after issuance can do so depending on availability and the airline’s policies, but no guarantee is provided for mileage-based upgrades. Check if your tickets are eligible for class upgrade. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for in-flight meals and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The agency is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel by the guest. In such cases, the hotel's cancellation policy applies. 22- If the hotel name is not specified in the program and only the category or options are provided, the agency will notify the guest 48 hours before the departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther from the specified locations or km. The agency will inform the guest 15 days before departure if such circumstances occur. 24- When purchasing the tour, the guest must accurately provide information from their passport, including the full name, date of birth, and passport number. Tickets are issued based on this information. Any errors may result in penalties, cancellations, or changes at the guest’s expense. 25- To use your mobile phone abroad, check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is unlocked for international use and confirm with your service provider. 26- Check-in time at hotels is generally from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. 27- The agency will communicate special requests for the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. While efforts will be made to accommodate these preferences based on availability, they are not guaranteed. 28- Breakfast at hotels generally consists of a continental style with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, served in a designated area for groups. 29- Some double rooms may have a double bed instead of two single beds, which can often be joined together in European hotels. 30- Policies regarding children and extra beds vary by hotel and room type. 31- Additional beds and cribs are provided upon request, subject to hotel approval and availability. 32- The maximum capacity for additional beds or cribs in a room is one. 33- In triple rooms, an extra bed is usually smaller than standard beds, consisting of a sofa bed or fold-up bed. Guests accept that the beds in triple rooms or family reservations may lead to limited space or different bed sizes. 34- If the number of adults and children or the ages of children indicated in hotel reservations are incorrect, hotels may charge extra. Responsibility lies with the guest providing false information. Identification for age verification may be requested by the hotel. 35- In reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, an extra bed for the child may not be available. Child rates are valid only when the child shares the room with two adults. Discounts apply only to a single child when sharing a room with two adults within the specified age group. 36- Exchange rate fluctuations during the day are reflected in the prices in local currency. Payment is based on current rates at the time of payment. Additional services (minibar, iron, etc.) can be charged separately and are paid directly to the hotel during stay. 37- Different countries may have varying local, city, or tourism taxes, which are collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out from guests. 38- The distances between destinations provided in the program are map-based; actual travel time may be affected by traffic, weather, terrain, constructions, or other conditions. 39- The agency reserves the right to change the order of cities and the main airline without altering the overall program if deemed necessary for safety or efficiency. 40- Personal belongings, including luggage and passports/IDs, are the responsibility of the guests. The agency is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Costs related to the retrieval and shipment of forgotten items are borne by the owner. 41- Guests must carry their travel health insurance policies, relevant medications, and medical reports, especially if experiencing health issues. 42- Additional expenses may be incurred for deposits, which may be requested at check-in with official photo ID, passport, and credit/debit cards. Refunds depend on the hotel and are managed directly between the guest and the hotel; the agency does not interfere. Visa and Passport 1- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of the trip. 2- To obtain entry/exit stamps at customs and border crossings, passports should have at least 2 blank pages. 3- Possessing a visa or being visa-exempt does not guarantee entry or exit. Border authorities have the ultimate authority to refuse entry or exit, and the agency is not responsible for such decisions. 4- Non-Turkish citizens or those holding dual passports must verify visa requirements with relevant consulates; the agency is not responsible for consequences of non-compliance. 5- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged must be renewed to avoid problems at borders, as authorities may refuse entry with damaged passports. Responsibility lies with the traveler. 6- Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should carry written consent from the absent parent or guardian, as border authorities may request proof of consent upon entry or exit.
