A) Optional Ayvalık Sea Tour and Swimming Break Rules

• Ayvalık Boat Tour Is in Extra Service Status: In accordance with our corporate operation scheme and transparent pricing policies, the full-day meal-inclusive Ayvalık Boat Tour (İncirli Island, Aquarium Bay, Ortunç Island) held on the 3rd day of the program is not included in the tour package price!!! This service is an extra/optional arrangement, and participation is entirely subject to our guests' personal preference. For guests who do not wish to join the boat tour, full-day free time on Cunda Island, island sightseeing, and the opportunity to swim at island beaches are provided free of charge in line with program integrity.
• Sea and Beach Safety Protocols: During swimming activities to be carried out at Bozcaada Ayazma Beach and Ayvalık coves, our guests are required to comply with local lifeguard warnings, the maritime rules of the coast guard command, and the assembly schedule announced by our guide. For travel comfort, it is recommended that our guests have a personal beach towel, beach slippers, and a spare swimsuit in their travel bags.

B) Corporate Package Tour, Reservation and Pricing Principles

• Package Tour Integrity: This travel program has been designed as a whole, including round-trip luxury coach transportation, professional guiding, Bozcaada ferry crossing tickets, 1 night half-board accommodation at the specified hotels (including breakfast and dinner), and included sightseeing tours within the program. If these services, which are inseparable parts of the package tour, are not used partially or completely by the guest during the tour due to personal preference, refund, discount, or transfer of rights is not legally possible.
• Child Policy and Room Sharing Details: Child discount rates are valid for one child accompanying two adults staying in the same room. Due to hotel operation rules, a separate/additional bed may not be provided in the room for our child guests aged 0-6. In triple-room accommodations, the beds provided for our 3rd guest are generally placed as an extra foldable bed or rollaway bed instead of a standard bed, depending on the physical structure of the hotels.
• Tiered Pricing System and Seating Arrangement: A tiered pricing policy based on supply and demand balance is applied in all our travel packages. At the time of reservation, no promise, guarantee, or right to choose a special seat such as the front seat, behind the door, or the aisle is definitely given. The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is automatically assigned by our agency's operations center, taking the booking chronology into account. No refund or cancellation right arises in objections based on the seating plan.
• Cancellation, Refund and Change Conditions: Except for force majeure, in cancellation and change requests made by the guest at least 30 days before the travel start date, all amounts paid are refunded without deduction. In cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the tour departure date, 30% of the total reservation amount; in cancellations made 15 to 7 days before, 50%; and in cancellation requests made 7 days or less before, a legal deduction of 100% of the tour fee applies.

C) Accommodation Facilities, Sea Logistics and Time Management

• Hotel Selection and Accommodation Conditions: The 1-night stay specified in the program text will be at selected and corporate 4* and 5* partner hotels in the Çanakkale, Edremit or Burhaniye regions. In cases of regional density or renovation, the hotel may be changed provided that the hotel standards remain exactly the same. Since the block, floor, and facade allocations of the rooms are entirely made by the hotel management, no room selection guarantee is given.
• Sea Logistics and Weather Conditions Protocol: Geyikli - Bozcaada ferry crossings are subject to the official sailing schedules of GESTAŞ maritime operations and weather conditions. Our Agency cannot be held responsible if ferry services are canceled or delayed by port authorities due to adverse weather conditions such as storms and fog or due to maritime traffic; in such cases, our guide revises the program flow according to the nearest equivalent alternative cultural route.
• Museum Card and Entrance Fees: Areas such as the Ancient City of Assos and the Temple of Athena are official archaeological sites affiliated with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Our guests who have a valid Museum Card can enter ministry-owned sites free of charge. For entries without a Museum Card or with municipal/private operator status, ticket fees are entirely the personal responsibility of our guests.

D) Assurance Packages, Insurance and Transportation Vehicle Classifications

• Cancellation, Refund and Assurance Package: This service, which can be included in the package by paying an additional fee at the time of reservation, grants the guest the right to cancel or change the tour without interruption and without giving any reason until exactly 72 hours before the travel start date. In case of cancellation, the full amount of the paid package tour fee is refunded without deduction.
• Compulsory Travel Insurance No. 1618: This insurance, included in the tour package price, covers the agency's bankruptcy or the inability to provide the package tour service as promised, in accordance with Consumer Law No. 1618. This insurance is not a general health or personal accident insurance and does not cover personal treatment expenses during the tour.
• Luxury Transportation Fleet Classification: The transportation vehicles to be used on our tours are carefully selected in compliance with legal standards depending on the number of guests registered for the tour. Our vehicle type classifications according to the number of people are as follows: Minibuses (up to 19 seats), Midibuses (between 20-32 seats), and large tour buses (between 33-54 seats). In-vehicle comfort standards are equal across our entire fleet. (Since charging phones at in-vehicle seat-back charging units may affect battery life, guests are advised to carry an external Powerbank).
