Day 1: Istanbul – Zagreb

Meeting at 05:00 at Istanbul Airport international terminal. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure to Bucharest Airport at 08:20 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1053. Upon arrival at 08:30 local time, our panoramic city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. In the city, which is divided into Upper Town (Gronji Grad) and Lower Town (Donji Grad), sights include Zrinjevac Park, Bogoviceva Street, which can be called Zagreb’s Istiklal Street, Ban Jelacic Square, known as the city’s main square and heart, the wide Dolac Market, Zagreb Cathedral, built in the early 1200s and notable for its ornate architecture and two towers, Skalinska Street, Stone Gate, St. Mark’s Church with its distinctive roof dating back to the 13th century, and the popular shopping street Ilica.

Day 2: Zagreb – Ljubljana (Lübyana)

After breakfast, we depart from Zagreb and arrive in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. On our panoramic city tour, sights include the Ljubljanica River, the Triple Bridge (Tromostovje), Prešeren Square, and the historic city center. After our tour, guests who wish may join our Ljubljana Icons and Bled Lake Tour. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

On this special tour prepared for our guests who want to explore Ljubljana more closely, we visit the city’s different and characteristic points in detail. Then we visit Metelkova Art District, one of the city’s most authentic areas. With its colorful walls, alternative culture, and street art, this area is quite impressive for those who want to discover Ljubljana’s different side. Day 3: Ljubljana

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the Venice Island Tour, which will be organized for the whole day. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4: Ljubljana - Istanbul

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Trieste & Adriatic Coast Discovery Tour. After the tour, we transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Istanbul at 19:35 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1064. Arrival at 00:05 local time and the end of the tour.

Need to Know
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, if the domestic flight connection purchased from Wtatil is canceled, it will also be refunded to the guest, but if a visa service has been utilized to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered used; if a visa application has not been made, a refund for the visa and travel health insurance will be provided upon cancellation. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot request any reimbursement from Wtatil in case the tour is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance the financial and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour and cannot hold Wtatil responsible. 3- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil reserves the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guide service included in the package will only cover the airport transfers for international departures and arrivals. Cancellation and Changes 4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided they notify Wtatil in writing; this excludes flight tickets for which payment has been made and/or obligations have been undertaken by Wtatil. In the case of a cancellation request made less than 31 days before the trip start date, a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee will be charged based on the airfare, and in the case of a cancellation request made 15 days or less before the trip start date, the full tour fee will be charged as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, since the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance can vary according to the cancellation request period, it is necessary to inquire beforehand about the refund. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services. Guide Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the status of the museums and archaeological sites being open or closed and weather conditions at the locations to be visited. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with narration by the guide from within the vehicle, not including entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with other tours specified in the program, cannot be performed if the local authorities do not permit visits on the day and time of the tour or if the tours cannot be conducted due to closed roads caused by any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions; Wtatil cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or walking where vehicle access is not allowed or where closed roads exist. 7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours or additional tours according to the number of participants and the status of the museum and archaeological sites being closed. This situation also applies to any changes that may occur in flight schedules. 8- Attention should be paid to the following when taking tours by speedboats: heavy meals should not be consumed just before boarding, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, are required to inform their guides about their conditions. 9- No refunds will be given for any services included in the prices in case of non-participation in the related tours or meal services. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, will be applied. 11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding processes for participants in flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by guests before the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline’s websites. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced loudly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information should be monitored by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil will not be held responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the designated times according to the airline's rules for participation in the tour, do not complete the check-in and boarding processes on time, or do complete these processes on time but do not board the plane. All expenses regarding the acquisition of new round-trip tickets and transfers needed for passengers who miss their flight to participate in the tour are their own responsibility. 17- The general baggage allowance for departing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of travel. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg for those flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. No guarantee can be given for upgrades for each flight. Check if the program's tickets are upgradeable. 19- In some airlines, food and drink services and online check-in may be subject to additional charges. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil’s cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where the hotel(s) are only listed by category information without specifying names in the tour program and/or options have been provided for the same destination, the guest will be informed by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the indicated locations or kilometers. In such cases, the guest will be informed by Wtatil 15 days before the departure date. 23- During the registration for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be charged to the guest. 24- To use your cell phone abroad, please check before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the provider. 25- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Any requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. While efforts will be made to accommodate the requested room preferences based on the hotel’s availability, these requests cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfasts offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfasts traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. Generally served as continental breakfast, it typically includes limited options of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room assigned to the group. 28- In some cases, a double room may consist of a double bed instead of two single beds. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined as needed. 29- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel and room type. 30- Any requests for extra beds and baby cribs will be provided upon request and subject to the hotel’s availability and requires approval from the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cribs in the room is one (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application; the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of pull-out folding beds or what are known as coach beds. Our guests hereby accept that they may experience crowding and bed type issues due to extra beds added to standard rooms in reservations for triple rooms and/or including children. 33- If the number of children and their ages accompanying adults in hotel reservations is incorrectly stated by our guests, related hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only to “one child” who fits the age group when staying with two adults. 35- The daily currency exchange rate is reflected in TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment will apply. Additional requests and certain extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) you may receive at the hotel are subject to additional fees set by the hotel and will not be included in the payment at the time of purchase, but will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries may have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes currently being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit. 37- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, roadwork, and similar situations. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used if deemed necessary or in compulsory situations without altering the content of the program. 39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of the participants are solely their own responsibility, and Wtatil holds no responsibility for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. Any expenses incurred during the return of forgotten items to the country and/or the individual will be incurred by the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policy and any relevant medication and reports for any health issues with them. 41- For any possible extra expenses, the hotel may request a cash or credit card deposit at check-in, with a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions. The refund of the deposit requested during check-out is a process between the hotel and the guest and does not involve Wtatil’s intervention. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date. 44- To be stamped with an entry-exit seal at customs crossings/border checkpoints, there must be at least 2 blank pages in the passport. 45- Being exempt from a visa to enter the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be made; the passport control has the authority to prevent you from entering/exiting the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility falls on the passenger. 46- Non-Turkish citizens or those who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country’s passport must personally inquire the visa procedures of the country to be traveled to the relevant consulates; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 47- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility falls on the passenger. 48- Our guests under 18 years old may be asked to present a document showing the consent of both parents when traveling solo or accompanied by only one parent, so it is advisable that minors and their parents show sensitivity to this matter.
