ISTANBUL – BERGAMO – MILAN – (Verona Tour) – VENICE
After completing baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control procedures at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight, we fly to Bergamo at 08:50 with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1211. Upon arrival at Bergamo Airport at 10:40 local time, we depart with our private bus waiting for us at the airport and head to the center of Milan to carry out our city tour. City tour after arrival in Milan. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, also stands out with its cuisine, opera, churches, and priceless works of art such as the fresco of Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Supper. Although it is Italy’s business and financial capital, Milan is also the right address for shopping, nightlife, and dining experiences. During our city tour, we will see the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, La Galeria, where many famous brands are located and where you can enjoy shopping, and Porta Romano. After the Milan city tour, we head towards Venice. On the way, our guests who wish can join our extra Verona Tour program (50 Euro). Verona, which is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, also hosts Italy’s second largest amphitheater after the Colosseum and is the city where the house of Juliet is located, where the famous English writer Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet, the world’s greatest love story known today, takes place. We will complete our tour in Verona with a visit to Erbe Square and continue our journey to our hotel in the Venice region. Transfer to our hotel in the Venice region. VENICE – (Venice Masterpieces & Hidden Venice Walking Tour) – PISA – FLORENCE
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head to Pisa. On the way, our guests who wish can join our extra Venice Masterpieces and Hidden Venice Walking Tour program (80 Euro – “Vaporetto and city entrance fees included”). During our tour in Venice, we will see iconic landmarks such as San Marco Square, whose columns were brought from Istanbul and which was built from stone and marble; San Marco Basilica; the Doge’s Palace, designed and used as a symbol of magnificence and power; the Clock Tower; the Bridge of Sighs; and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. Then we will take a pleasant walk through the streets of Venice, connected by bridges and stretching along narrow canals. After free time at the end of the tour, we continue our journey to Pisa. With our arrival in Pisa, on our tour we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the cathedral, the baptistery, and Miracle Square. After a short free time to see and photograph the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, transfer to our hotel in the Florence region. Check-in to rooms and free time to rest.
FLORENCE – (San Gimignano & Siena Tour) – ROME
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart to arrange our panoramic Florence city tour. In Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the birthplace of Pinocchio, we will first see the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral from the outside, which immediately attracts attention with its orange dome. One of the most striking features of the cathedral is its bronze gate, called the “Gate of Paradise,” where scenes representing the stories of prophets, some of which are also mentioned in the Quran, are depicted. Later, Giotto’s Bell Tower, which was once used to summon the people to parliament, Signoria Square, which was the political and social center of Florence for centuries and where Michelangelo’s famous statue of David is located, and the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), famous for its antique and goldsmith shops, are among the places to be seen. After the Florence city tour, we head to Rome. On the way, our guests who wish can join our extra San Gimignano & Siena Tour program (80 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be San Gimignano. San Gimignano has found its place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List because it has preserved its medieval architecture and appearance to the present day, and it is also known as the “Town of Beautiful Towers” thanks to its 14 architectural wonder towers that survived out of 76 towers as a result of wars and natural disasters. After our sightseeing tour in San Gimignano’s narrow streets, which make one feel as if time has stopped and taken visitors on a journey back to the Middle Ages, and in its squares where we can see the 14 magnificent towers panoramically, we arrive at Siena, the next stop on our tour. Siena is famous for its narrow streets from the Middle Ages, small avenues, and Campo Square, considered the largest square in Europe. After a pleasant walk in Siena through Campo Square and the narrow, historic streets leading to it, we continue our journey to Rome. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Rome region, check-in and free time to rest.
ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day free time. Our guests who wish can join our extra Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour program (85 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be Nemi. Known for its wild strawberries and called the “Strawberry Village” because of this feature, Nemi hosts the annual strawberry festival. After our sightseeing tour in Nemi, where its narrow streets opening onto squares and the enchanting lake and valley view combine with the scent of strawberries in the air, we take you on a historical journey through Rome and its icons, called Urbs aput mundi, meaning “the city at the center of the world,” where art, history, music, shopping, sun, and cuisine greet you, with its buildings in different styles from the ancient period to the Renaissance. While the works produced by architects competing with one another attract thousands of tourists to the city in every season, Rome manages to carry even these crowds without overwhelming people, with all its beauty and aesthetics. During our tour in the imperial city of Rome, which has shaped European Civilization and witnessed 23 centuries of history, we will first see the Colosseum, the ancient theater that has become the symbol of the city and hosted gladiator fights throughout the Roman Empire, the Roman Forum, which was the ceremonial center of the city in imperial times, the Trevi Fountain, where, according to legend, anyone who throws a coin into it will return to Rome, the Spanish Steps, famous for street artists, and Piazza Pietra and Piazza Popolo, among the places to be seen panoramically. At the end of the tour, we offer free time in Rome city center at the Pantheon. During this free time, our guests who wish can join our extra Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour program (65 Euro). Starting with a view of Castel Sant’ Angelo – the Castle of Angels and Navona Square, we visit the Vatican / San Pietro, the center of the Catholic denomination of Christianity and the smallest country in the world by area. We offer free time at San Pietro Square (St. Peter’s Square), where thousands of Catholics come every year to worship and gather, and where the Pope appears from his office to greet the public on special occasions, and where the San Pietro Cathedral, the largest cathedral in the world with 140 statues of saints, is located. Guests who wish may visit the cathedral section free of charge, subject to availability. After the free time, we begin our Rome Local Neighborhoods tour. In this tour, where we mingle with the people of Rome and feel like residents of the city, we experience the true Italian atmosphere in Trastevere, with its naturalness and simplicity as well as its cafes, small family restaurants, boutiques, greengrocers, butchers, and many more small and charming shops; Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, and the Ghetto districts; and the Ancient Tiber Island, connected to the city by 2 bridges. After our walking tour through the narrow, maze-like back streets with small tables set out, we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – (Outlet Tour) – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart for Rome Fiumicino Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. On the way, our guests who wish can join our extra Outlet Tour program (25 Euro). After the pleasant free time we will offer at the outlet center, which hosts stores of Italy’s most prestigious brands that set the trend in the world and fashion, as well as cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, we continue our journey to the airport for quality and affordable shopping. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul at 14:50 with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1224. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:20 local time and the end of our tour.
