After completing baggage drop-off, ticket, and passport control procedures that you will carry out 3 hours before the flight at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal, we fly to Bergamo at 09:30 with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight number PC1211. Upon our arrival at Bergamo Airport at 10:20 local time, we depart for Milan city center with our private bus waiting for us at the airport to carry out our city tour. VENICE – (Venice Masterpieces & Hidden Venice Walking Tour) – (Outlet Tour) – FLORENCE
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Florence. En route, guests who wish may join our extra Venice Masterpieces and Hidden Venice Walking Tour program (80 Euro – “Vaporetto and city entrance fees included”). During our tour in Venice, we will see major iconic works such as San Marco Square, whose columns were brought from Istanbul and which was built from stone and marble; San Marco Basilica; the Doge’s Palace, designed and used as a symbol of splendor and power; the Clock Tower; the Bridge of Sighs; and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. Afterwards, we will take a pleasant walk through the streets of Venice, connected by bridges and stretching along narrow canals. After the free time given at the end of the tour, we continue our journey to Florence. En route, guests who wish may join our extra Outlet Tour program (25 Euro). After the pleasant free time we will offer for quality and affordable shopping at the outlet center, which hosts stores of Italy’s most prestigious brands shaping the world and fashion trends, as well as cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, we transfer to our hotel in the Florence region. FLORENCE – PISA – (Siena Tour) – ROME
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Pisa. Upon arrival in Pisa, in our tour, Pisa Tower, the cathedral, the baptistery, and Miracoli Square are among the places to be visited. After a short free time to see and photograph the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, we head out to organize our panoramic Florence city tour. In Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the hometown of Pinocchio, we will first see from the outside the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, Europe’s 4th largest church, which immediately draws attention with its orange dome. One of the cathedral’s most striking features is the bronze door called the “Gates of Paradise,” where the stories of prophets, some of whom are also mentioned in the Quran, are symbolically depicted. Later, Giotto’s Bell Tower, once used to summon the people to parliament; Signoria Square, the political and social center of Florence for centuries and home to Michelangelo’s famous David statue; and the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), famous for its antique and jewelry shops, are among the places to be seen. After the Florence city tour, we depart for Rome. En route, guests who wish may join our extra Siena Tour program (50 Euro). Siena is famous for its narrow streets and small lanes dating back to the Middle Ages, as well as Campo Square, considered the largest square in Europe. After the pleasant tour we will make in Siena, in Campo Square and the narrow, historic streets leading to it, we continue our journey to Rome. ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Guests who wish may join our extra Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour program (85 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be Nemi. Known for its wild strawberries and therefore called the “Strawberry Village,” Nemi hosts an annual strawberry festival. After the surroundings tour we will do in Nemi, where the narrow streets opening onto squares, the enchanting lake and valley view combine with the scent of strawberries in the air, we take you on a historical journey through Rome and its icons, known as Urbs aput mundi, meaning “the city at the center of the world,” presenting you with art, history, music, shopping, sun, and cuisine, and with its buildings in different styles spanning from ancient times to the Renaissance. While the works brought to life by architects competing with one another draw thousands of tourists to the city in every season, Rome can carry even these crowds with all its beauty and aesthetics without suffocating people. In our tour, in the imperial city of Rome, which has shaped European civilization and witnessed 23 centuries of history, we will first see the Colosseum, the ancient theater that has become the symbol of the city and hosted gladiator fights throughout the Roman Empire, the Roman Forum, the ceremonial center of the city in imperial times, the Fountain of Love, where, according to legend, anyone who throws a coin in will return to Rome, the Spanish Steps, famous for street performers, and Piazza Pietra and Piazza Popolo as panoramic sights. In our tour, which we will begin by seeing Castel San’t Angelo – Castle of the Angels and Navona Square, we visit Vatican / San Pietro, the center of the Catholic branch of Christianity and the smallest country in the world in terms of area. We offer free time in San Pietro Square (St. Peter’s Square), where thousands of Catholics come and gather every year for worship, and where on special days the Pope comes out from his seat to greet the people, and where the San Pietro Cathedral, the largest cathedral in the world with 140 saints’ statues, is located. Guests who wish may visit the cathedral section “free of charge” depending on availability. After the free time offered, we begin our Rome Local Neighborhoods tour. In this tour, where we mingle with the people of Rome and feel like residents of the city, Trastevere, where we experience the real Italian atmosphere with its cafes, small family restaurants, boutiques, greengrocers, butchers, and many more small and charming shops in addition to its naturalness and simplicity; Piazza Trilussa; Ponte Sisto; the Ghetto area; and the Ancient Tiber Island, connected to the city by 2 bridges, are among the places to be seen. After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Rome Fiumicino Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul at 11:35 with Pegasus Airlines flight number PC1224. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 16:05 Turkish time and the end of our tour.
