Important Matters Customers Should Know


Entry & Identification Rules

  • New Identity Card: Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye can enter the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) with a new chip-enabled identity card or a valid passport. Old identity cards, driving licences or temporary identity documents are not valid for entry.
  • Photo Requirement: All guests, including babies and children, must have a photo on their identity cards.
  • Parental Consent: If children under the age of 18 travel without one or both of their parents, a notarised parental consent form must be presented.

Flight & Baggage Procedures

  • Airport Arrival: As the flight is considered an international flight, it is recommended to be at the airport at least 2.5–3 hours before the departure time.
  • Baggage Allowance: The standard weight limits for hand and cabin/checked baggage specified for Pegasus flights must be observed. Liquid restrictions apply equally to cabin baggage.

Payment & Currency

  • Currency: The official currency in the TRNC is the Turkish lira (₺). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted.
  • Optional Tours: Optional tours are paid to the tour leader or guide in cash or by bank transfer. Informing the team of your participation during the briefing meeting on the first day is important for planning purposes.

Communication & Roaming

  • Mobile Phone Use: Turkish GSM operators are subject to international roaming rates in Cyprus. To avoid additional charges, a "Travel Abroad / TRNC Package" should be activated before arriving on the island, or data roaming should be disabled.

Travel & Health Notes

  • Weather & Clothing: As August is hot and sunny, it is recommended to bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and swimwear, as well as a light shawl/cardigan for air-conditioned transfer vehicles.
  • Medication: It is recommended that regularly used prescription medications be carried in hand luggage in their original packaging and together with their prescriptions.

DAY 1

1

Arrival at Ercan Airport and Transfer to the Facility — Yeni İskele

Upon arrival at Ercan Airport, we transfer to the facility where we will be staying in our comfortable vehicle. After arriving at the hotel, we hold an information meeting about the tour program, excursions and facility amenities, accompanied by the welcome drink offered by our facility. Following the briefing, we settle into our rooms. Free time all day.. During their free time, our guests can take advantage of the amenities offered by the hotel and enjoy a relaxing day by the pool or at the beach.



EXTRA:NEW GENERATION MEYHANE NIGHT (20.00-00.00)


From 20.00-00.00 in the evening, guests who wish to join us can participate in our New Generation Meyhane program, which brings together Cyprus's entertainment and culinary culture in a modern concept. We enjoy an unforgettable evening accompanied by music, a rich variety of meze (cold and hot meze, hot dishes and one bottle of alcohol for every 4 people) and a pleasant atmosphere.


3500 ₺ per person. Round-trip transfer and an enjoyable dinner at the meyhane are included in the price.

DAY 2

Karpaz Nature, Culture and Beach Tour — Karpaz


After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we provide free time for the entire day. Our guests can benefit from the facilities offered by the hotel and spend a relaxing day by the pool or at the beach.

Guests who wish may optionally join our Karpaz tour.


Option 1


EXTRA TOUR: KARPAZ PENINSULA AND BEACH TOUR (10.00-18.00)


We explore the Karpaz Peninsula, home to the most untouched nature in Cyprus. Along the way, we taste Cyprus-style halloumi pastries and sweet coffee from a stone oven. We take a break at the Dipkarpaz Greek coffeehouse, where Greek and Turkish communities still live together, and taste the famous Cypriot coffee. We then reach Golden Beach, one of the world's finest beaches; we take a photo break accompanied by silky sands and turquoise sea, and share the best angles with you for photos that will brighten your social media. We visit the Holy Monastery of Apostolos Andreas, where guests who wish may make a wish. Along the way, we meet the famous wild donkeys roaming freely and take souvenir photos together.

As part of the tour, we take a 3-hour sea break at Yeni Erenköy Beach. The pleasure of swimming and relaxing in the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean awaits you; guests who wish may enjoy rakı and fish here at a reasonable price.

At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel.

DAY 3

Kyrenia Yacht Tour — Kyrenia


After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we provide free time for the entire day. Our guests can benefit from the facilities offered by the hotel and spend a relaxing day by the pool or at the beach.

Extra: Meal-included Kyrenia yacht tour (10:00–17:30)


Guests who wish may optionally join the organized Kyrenia yacht tour.

We see the historic harbor, Kyrenia Castle, and its charming streets panoramically.

We will take a boat tour with lunch, lasting from 11:00 to 16:00, during which we can spend an unforgettable day in the blue waters of the Mediterranean off the coast of Kyrenia.

At the end of our tour, we return to our hotel.

DAY 4

Famagusta Evening Tour (14 :00-20 :00) — Famagusta


After having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we begin the day with free time at the hotel. Until check-out time, our guests can relax or make use of the facilities offered by the hotel.

After completing our check-out procedures at the hotel, we begin the Famagusta - Varosha tour. We explore the historic walled city, Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Namık Kemal Dungeon, and the Varosha area, which remained closed for many years. Afterwards, we have dinner at one of the local restaurants in Famagusta. We crown the day with the unique flavors of Cypriot cuisine. At the end of our tour, we arrange our departure transfer to Ercan Airport.
