Our package prices include hotel, transportation, and local excursions. The child discounts applied in tour packages are for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation. Our tour is a package including guidance, transportation, accommodation, and local excursions, and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, local excursions, etc. rights are non-refundable. Changes may be made in accommodation regions and hotels, provided they remain at the same standards according to density. Our rest stops may be changed for reasons such as crowding, renovations, etc., on the condition that they remain the same in terms of location and service standards due to force majeure. If the guide deems it necessary due to weather conditions and adverse road conditions, they have the right to make changes to the timing and program flow, provided that the entire program is carried out. Tatil Avcısı is definitely not responsible for places that cannot be visited in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, crowding at visitation points, etc.) even if they are listed in the program. Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program are carried out depending on the number of people and the conditions of the available staff. Extra tours conducted along the route will be carried out even if not all passengers participate. On-route extra tours will be handled as follows: our guests who do not wish to join the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers located before entering the city. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours conducted along the route have agreed to join the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop. During reservation, a specific seat number promise or guarantee cannot be given under any circumstances. There is no guarantee for the transportation and hotel notes entered in the reservation. On our long tours, seat changes (rotation) are made daily in a way that everyone takes turns. Rotation is not applied on our short tours. This practice applies to tours with at least 4 (Four) nights of accommodation. Seats 3 and 4 in the vehicles belong to the guide and assistant. In our tours by plane, the airline contract applies in the sections related to the flight. Cancellation insurance does not cover air transportation. A tiered pricing system is available in our tours. The advertised price is the opening price of the lowest class. (In flight tour programs, 'economy class' is used.) If our tour does not reach the required number; Tatil Avcısı reserves the right to cancel up to 3 days before the tour departure date. In such a cancellation situation, Tatil Avcısı is obliged to personally inform its guests. If children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, do not join the tour with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel. People must have reports related to health problems, pregnancy, and medications they use continuously with them when joining the tour. The scope of the mandatory travel insurance no. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or the inability to provide package tour services for any reason. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance is a private expense of the guest. The Cancellation Guarantee Package allows you to cancel the package tour you purchased, without stating any reason, up to 72 hours before the start date. After cancellation, the full tour fee you paid will be refunded according to your payment method, without any deduction. Tiered pricing system is applied in all our cultural tour products. As the number of reservations within the package tour offered for sale increases (as the occupancy rate of the tour rises), prices increase gradually. In this case, price fixing cannot be made without taking a prepayment. If sufficient participation is not achieved, our guests may be able to join the tour by issuing tickets to the nearest departure point. Information regarding the arrival times at the end of the tour is as stated in the package program, and Tatil Avcısı is not responsible for delays arising from force majeure. Our guests will be dropped off at the points where they were picked up. In accordance with the Traffic Law, wearing a seat belt is mandatory throughout the entire travel period in the vehicle; otherwise, Tatil Avcısı Turizm has no responsibility. The responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle belongs to the individual at rest stops, etc. Night Tours, Extras; All Night Tours are Extra and are carried out Depending on Participation and Number of People.
