Day 1: Istanbul – Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina) – Belgrade

After our ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport, we depart at 14:05 on Ajet Airlines flight VF271 to Tuzla Airport in Bosnia and Herzegovina, approximately 2 hours from Sarajevo. After a flight of about 1.5 hours, we arrive at Tuzla Airport at 15:10 local time. Following entry procedures, we begin a pleasant journey with our private vehicle waiting at the airport toward Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Belgrade, one of the most important cultural and strategic centers of the Balkans throughout history, continues to stand out today with its vibrancy, dynamism, and historical texture. In this enchanting city, we will have the opportunity to discover the crossroads of Ottoman and European cultures. After arriving in Belgrade, a panoramic city tour begins in which we will discover the city’s full splendor. Here, you can feel the historical atmosphere and explore the fabric of Belgrade that brings together the past and the present. Then we head to one of the city’s most impressive spots, the point where the Sava River meets the Danube River. In this unique panorama, it will be a great pleasure to discover this region, which has been the focal point of many conquests and victories throughout history. As we continue exploring this ancient city, where Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror was wounded for its sake, but its conquest was achieved by Suleiman the Magnificent, you will encounter Belgrade Fortress, which was used as a supply center for the Ottoman navy. While tracing the marks of history in this fortress, we will see important points such as the Fortress Square and Stone Square. During our tour, we will see the Tomb of Şehit Ali Pasha, one of the important figures of the Ottoman period. During these visits, you will deeply explore Belgrade’s rich history and learn about the cultural heritage left from the Ottoman period. Day 2: Belgrade - Skopje

After breakfast, we depart for Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. Skopje is one of the important cultural centers of the Balkans with its heritage from the Ottoman period and modern structures. We begin our tour with historical sites in Skopje, the city where the famous Turkish poet Yahya Kemal Beyatlı was born. Our first stop is Mustafa Pasha Mosque, one of the city’s largest and most magnificent mosques, built in 1492. Then we visit Murat Pasha Mosque, built in the 15th century. This mosque stands out especially with its Ottoman-era workmanship and architecture. As our tour continues, we will see Kapan Han and Suli Han in the heart of Skopje. These structures, fine examples of Ottoman-era inns, were once important centers where merchants stayed and traded. Later, we visit Stone Bridge, which has become a symbol of Skopje. Built in the 15th century, this bridge connects the two sides of the Vardar River. Walking from Stone Bridge, we will continue our tour by seeing the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods along the Vardar River. During our riverside walk, we pass through Macedonia Square. This square is Skopje’s largest and most central point and is surrounded by modern structures. Here, we will encounter the statue of Alexander the Great and other monuments. Then we view the Ottoman Bridge from the outside, dating from the 15th century, and by visiting Davud Pasha Bath, we will once again feel the splendor of the Ottoman period. We continue discovering the city by walking toward Skopje’s Turkish Bazaar. Before reaching the bazaar, we see the Clock Tower, built in the 16th century and one of Skopje’s symbolic structures. Here, we will visit Sultan Murad Mosque and Isa Bey Mosque, among the early-period mosques of the Ottoman Empire. The mosques are an important part of the city’s Islamic heritage and attract attention with their architecture. Finally, we give free time in the Turkish Bazaar. In this bazaar, you can find many products from traditional handicrafts to souvenirs. After enjoying your time in the bazaar, we will return to our hotel in the evening.

Dinner: An unforgettable dinner awaits you, accompanied by traditional Balkan music and local dance performances. Day 3. Skopje - Pristina - Prizren - Skopje

After breakfast, we leave our hotel and set out for Pristina, the capital of Kosovo. Upon arrival in Pristina, we begin our panoramic city tour where we will explore Kosovo’s modern and historical sides. During our tour, we will also visit many valuable Ottoman-era structures. We will see the Fatih Sultan Mehmed Mosque and the 18th-century Yasar Pasha Mosque. During this trip through the city’s historical heritage, we will visit the Tomb of Ottoman Sultan Murad I Hüdavendigâr, who was killed on the Kosovo Plain as a result of the 1389 Battle of Kosovo, and have the opportunity to commemorate this important historical event and its place in Ottoman history. After our tour in Pristina, we depart for Prizren, known as the cultural capital of Kosovo. Upon arrival, we begin exploring Prizren’s narrow streets, whose architecture evokes an Anatolian Ottoman town and whose shop signs are filled with Turkish inscriptions. In the city, we will visit Sinan Pasha Mosque, one of the most important examples of Ottoman architecture. In addition, the Halveti Tekke, Bayrakli Mosque, and Mehmet Pasha Bath are among the other important Ottoman works to be seen. After free time in Prizren, we start our return journey to Skopje in the evening. Upon arrival, we are transferred to our hotel and after dinner, we retire to our rooms. After breakfast, we depart for our Resen and Bitola tour, famous for their magnificent nature and historical riches. We set out for Bitola, once one of the Ottoman Empire’s most important cultural and trade centers. Upon arrival in Bitola, we visit the Military High School where the Great Leader Atatürk studied and the Atatürk Museum from the outside. In this magical city, we will also discover historical Ottoman-era works such as the Turkish Bazaar, Bedesten, Ishak Pasha Mosque, and Yeni Mosque. While feeling the historical texture of Bitola, you will have the chance to enjoy a pleasant walk through the city’s nostalgic streets.. After a short break here, we continue to Resen, where we see the Palace of Resneli Niyazi Bey, an important figure who left his mark on Balkan history, from a panoramic viewpoint. Resen offers an enchanting atmosphere with both its nature and Ottoman traces. After our tour, we travel to Ohrid. Breathtaking views will accompany us along the way. Upon arrival in Ohrid, we will take a tour introducing the historic city of Ohrid, one of the important bases of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. Among the places we will see during our tour are: the Monument of Saints Cyril and Methodius, 9th-century Byzantine monks believed to have developed the Cyrillic alphabet, and important structures such as the Church of Hagia Sophia. We take a short break at Skanderbeg Square and see the Skanderbeg Statue standing proudly in the center of the square. The Clock Tower, the symbol of Tirana, built by Ethem Bey in 1821, is another highlight of our tour. Our first stop is Počitelj, preserved with its historical texture and known as the Turkish Village, where we see the works made by the Ottomans in the 16th century. After the visit, we continue to Blagaj, built at the source of the Buna River, one of Europe’s most powerful water springs. After a short free time in this magnificent natural setting, we set out for Mostar. In Mostar, we will see the Mostar Bridge, built by Mimar Hayreddin in 1557. A masterpiece of Ottoman architecture, this bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery in the 1992 war; however, with major contributions from the Republic of Türkiye, it was reopened in 2004. After the Mostar Bridge, we will visit Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Then we head to Sarajevo. Upon arrival, this city, which for centuries was the cultural capital of the Balkans and went down in history as the place where World War I broke out after the Austro-Hungarian Crown Prince Archduke Franz Ferdinand was killed by the Serbs in 1914, was severely damaged in the 1992 war as a result of devastating conflicts between Serbs, Croats, and Bosniaks, yet Sarajevo managed to preserve much of its beauty. Need to Know
GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it. 2- If sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved; the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation notice is communicated to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. Regarding additional services purchased outside of the tour; the domestic connection flight purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. If a visa service or travel health insurance has been used for visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been utilized. If a visa application has not been made, visas and travel health insurance will be canceled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest has obtained the domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of the Agency, the Agency cannot request any refund if the tour is canceled by the Agency. Guests accept in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, the tour will be provided to the guest individually. Thus, the included guiding service will only cover the international outgoing and return transfers. Cancellation and Changes 4- Tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the cost of these flight tickets, which have no change or refund rights, will be penalized. 5- Guests may cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date by notifying the Agency in writing, excluding payments made to the airline for flights that have been paid or committed by the Agency. For cancellations less than 31 days before the start, 50% of the remaining tour fee (after deducting airline ticket fees) will be charged as penalty if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before, the full tour fee will be charged as penalty. When requesting a cancellation, the conditions for the refund of additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the timing, so prior information should be obtained. The Agency does not guarantee refunds for additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, ruins, or weather conditions at the visited sites. Guests may be accompanied by different guides during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short (maximum 2-3 hours) tours conducted from inside the vehicle with guide narration, including general city introductions but excluding museum and ruin entrance fees. If these tours cannot be conducted due to permits, or because of unforeseen closures, or weather conditions, the Agency is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot if roads or entry points are restricted. 8- The guide may change the days of city tours and additional tours based on the number of participants and site closures, and this applies similarly in case of flight schedule changes. 9- For tours conducted via speedboats, passengers should not eat heavy meals immediately before boarding and should avoid drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, or pregnant guests, should inform their guides. 10- Fees for services claimed under the included tour or meal services are non-refundable if the guest does not participate. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and in case of disputes, Turkish regulations, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will be applied. 12- Delays or schedule changes in scheduled or charter flights may occur. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Guests purchase the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes or cancellations. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay for airport taxes. 14- According to airline rules, if a round-trip flight ticket booked with the outbound flight not used, the return flight may be canceled by the airline. 15- Participants in air tours are responsible for initial check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed by the guests at airports or online via airline websites before the flight. 16- Last-minute delays or gate changes are announced via airport public address systems and displayed on information screens. Guests must follow these updates. 17- Guests who do not arrive at the airport on time for check-in or boarding at the specified hours or who do not board the plane despite completing check-in and boarding procedures are not the responsibility of the Agency. The costs of obtaining new tickets and transfers for missed flights are borne by the guest. 18- The general baggage weight limit for flights out of Turkey is 20 kg, but this may vary according to the airline and destination. Internal domestic flights may have a limit of 15 kg. Excess baggage fees are determined by airlines and are not under the responsibility of the Agency. 19- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets to business or first class after issuing the tickets may do so depending on availability with the airline (based on frequent flyer miles). No guarantee is provided for mile upgrades and the eligibility of these upgrades depends on the airline. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for meal and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The Agency is not responsible for changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel by the guest. In such cases, the hotel’s cancellation policies apply. 22- If hotel names are not specified in the program, only the categories are given, or options are provided for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther than specified or usual locations. In such cases, the Agency will notify the guest 15 days before departure. 24- During the reservation process, the guest must accurately enter and declare their passport name, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellations or changes due to incorrect data will incur penalties borne by the guest. 25- To use your mobile phone abroad, verify with your carrier before departure whether your phone is enabled for international roaming. 26- Hotel check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. 27- The Agency will communicate any special requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. While efforts are made to fulfill such requests based on availability, they are not guaranteed. 28- Breakfast at hotels typically differs from traditional Turkish full breakfast, generally being continental (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee), served either in a dedicated room or in the restaurant. 29- In some cases, double rooms may have twin beds joined together. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if needed. 30- Children's and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type. 31- Additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request subject to availability and hotel approval. 32- The maximum capacity for additional beds or baby cots in a room is one. 33- In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided, which is smaller than the standard bed. These rooms typically have one large bed plus an extra foldaway or coach bed. Guests accept that in such rooms, space may be limited and beds may differ in size. 34- If the number of adults and children or their ages are incorrectly declared during reservation, the hotels may charge additional fees. The responsible party is the guest providing false information. Hotels may also request ID to verify ages. 35- In reservations for 2 adults and 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed; child prices apply only when sharing a room with two adults and for children within the specified age group. 36- Currency fluctuations during the day are reflected in the prices in TL. Payment is based on current exchange rates. Additional services (minibar, iron, etc.) offered at the hotel are extra and payable directly at the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries may impose city, tourism, or local taxes, which are collected by the hotel at entry or exit. 38- The distances given in the program are map-based; actual travel times may increase due to traffic, weather, geography, roadworks, and conditions. 39- The Agency may, if necessary or advisable, change the sequence of cities or the main airline without altering the core content of the program. 40- Personal belongings, bags, passports, and IDs are the responsibility of the individual. The Agency is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Costs for recovery or transportation of lost belongings rest with the owner. 41- Participants should carry their travel health insurance policies, medication, and reports if applicable. 42- Extra charges may be requested upon hotel arrival for official ID/passport, credit card or cash deposits. Refunds upon check-out are handled between the guest and the hotel; the Agency has no role in this process. Visa and Passport 1- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end date of the travel. 2- For border crossings, passports must have at least 2 blank pages for entry and exit stamps. 3- Being visa-exempt for the entered countries or having obtained visas does not guarantee entry or exit; border control authorities may deny entry or removal, and the Agency is not responsible. Responsibility lies with the traveler. 4- Non-Turkish citizens or those holding dual citizenship using another passport should consult the relevant consulates regarding visa procedures for the countries they will visit; the Agency is not responsible for any resulting issues. 5- Passports that are torn, worn, water-damaged, or otherwise damaged should be renewed to prevent issues at border controls. Responsibility rests with the traveler if issues occur. 6- Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a parental consent document at entry/exit points. It is advisable for minors and their parents to be prepared for this requirement.
