Day 1: Istanbul – Belgrade

Meeting at the departure terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours prior to our flight. Departure for Belgrade at 12:20 with Ajet Airlines flight VF113. After approximately one and a half hours of comfortable travel, we arrive at 12:15. Historically one of the most important cultural and strategic centers in the Balkans, Belgrade still draws attention with its liveliness, movement, and historical texture. We will have the opportunity to explore this fascinating city where the intersection of Ottoman and European cultures occurs. After arriving in Belgrade, we will begin a panoramic city tour to discover the city's stunning beauty. Here, you can feel the historical atmosphere and explore the fabric that combines Belgrade's past with its present. Next, we will head to one of the city’s most impressive points, where the Sava River joins the Danube River. It will be a joy to explore this area, which has been the focal point of many conquests and victories throughout history, against this unique view. While continuing to explore this ancient city, known for the injury that Sultan Mehmed II received for its conquest, though it was ultimately accomplished by Suleiman the Magnificent, you will encounter the Belgrade Fortress, which served as the supply center for the Ottoman fleet. While tracing the traces of history in this fortress, we will see important points like Kalemegdan Park and the Stone Square. During our tour, we will visit the Tomb of Martyr Ali Pasha, one of the important figures of the Ottoman period. During these visits, you will deeply explore Belgrade's rich history and gain insights into the cultural heritage left from the Ottoman period. At the end of our tour, we will leave behind the city's history and vibrant atmosphere and head to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 2: Belgrade – Sarajevo

After breakfast, we will head to the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo. Upon arrival, we will see a city that has been the cultural capital of the Balkans for centuries and is marked in history as the place where World War I erupted following the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary by Serbians in 1914. The city endured significant destruction during the 1992 war, but Sarajevo has managed to largely preserve its beauty. During our panoramic city tour, we will see famous Baščaršija, the historic Ottoman inn Morica Han, the Catholic Cathedral reflecting the city’s religious cosmopolitanism, the Synagogue, Husein-aga and Ferhadija Mosques, the Latin Bridge where the assassination of Franz Ferdinand took place in 1914, the Old Library, and the Western-style buildings formed during the 40-year Austrian-Hungarian administration. After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Belgrade - Sarajevo: 294 km

Day 3: Sarajevo - Mostar - Blagaj - Počitelj - Medugorje

After breakfast, we will depart from Sarajevo. Our first stop will be Mostar, famous for its historical and cultural wealth. Here, we will see the Mostar Bridge, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture built by Architect Hayreddin in 1557. This bridge was destroyed in 1992, but it was rebuilt in 2004 with the contributions of the Republic of Turkey. After exploring the enchanting atmosphere of Mostar, we will visit the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque. We then head to Blagaj, where the Buna River, the strongest freshwater spring in Europe, rises. After a short free time here, we will proceed to Počitelj. We will visit Počitelj, known as the Turkish Village, which is well-preserved with its historical fabric, and we will see the works built by the Ottomans in the 16th century. Finally, we will move on to Medugorje, a peaceful place famous with religious visitors. On arrival at our hotel, we will pull back to our rooms to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

Upon arrival in Tirana, we will visit the Ethem Bey Mosque, one of the important symbols of the city, which started construction in 1789 and was completed in 1923. We will take a short break in Skanderbeg Square, where we will see the statue of Skanderbeg proudly rising in the middle of the square. The Clock Tower, built by Ethem Bey in 1821, is also one of the highlights of our tour. During this tour, Tirana's modern face and historical past will come together to ensure you create unforgettable memories. After some free time, we will proceed to Ohrid. Along the way, breathtaking views will accompany us. Upon arrival in Ohrid, we will conduct a tour introducing this historic city, which was once one of the important bases of the Ottomans in the Balkans. Important sights during our tour include the Monument of Saints Cyril and Methodius, who are believed to have developed the Cyrillic alphabet in the 9th century, and the Church of St. Sophia. Day 6: Ohrid – Resne – Bitola - Skopje

After breakfast, we set off for a tour of Resne and Bitola, which are famous for their magnificent nature and historical wealth. Our first stop is Resne, where we will see the palace of Resneli Niyazi Bey, an important figure in Balkan history, panoramically. Resne offers a captivating atmosphere with both its natural beauty and Ottoman traces. After a brief stop here, we will head to Bitola, which was once one of the most important cultural and commercial centers of the Ottomans. Upon arrival in Bitola, we will visit the Military High School, where the great leader Atatürk studied, and the Atatürk Museum from the outside. In this enchanting city, we will also explore historical landmarks from the Ottoman period such as the Turkish Bazaar, Bedesten, İshak Pasha Mosque, and Yeni Mosque. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant walk through the nostalgic streets while feeling the historic texture of Bitola. After our visit, we will drive to Skopje, accompanied by the lush mountains. Beautiful views of Macedonia will accompany us along the way. Upon arriving in Skopje, our first stop will be the Mustafa Pasha Mosque, built in 1492 and one of the largest and most magnificent mosques in the city. Next, we will visit the Murat Pasha Mosque, built in the 15th century, which is especially noted for its carvings and architecture from the Ottoman period. During our tour, we will also see the Kapan Han and Sulu Han located in the heart of Skopje. These structures are excellent examples of Ottoman-era inns and were once significant centers for merchants. Then we will visit the Stone Bridge, which has become a symbol of Skopje. This bridge was built in the 15th century and connects both banks of the Vardar River. Walking across the Stone Bridge, our tour will continue with views of Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods along the riverside. During our stroll by the river, we will pass through Macedonia Square, the largest and most central point in Skopje, surrounded by modern structures. Here, we will encounter the monument of Alexander the Great and other monuments. Later, we will see the Ottoman Bridge from the 15th century from the outside and visit the Davut Pasha Hamam, allowing us to feel the grandeur of the Ottoman period once again. We will continue to explore the city by heading to Skopje's Turkish Bazaar. Before reaching the bazaar, we will see the Clock Tower, built in the 16th century, and then we will visit Sultan Murat Mosque and Isa Bey Mosque, which are significant parts of the Islamic heritage of the city and stand out with their architecture. Need to Know
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the date of departure. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, the domestic connecting flights purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, but if visa services have been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been utilized; if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and a refund will be provided. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight independently from a different provider, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency if the trip is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour when they purchase the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided on an individual basis for the guest, the package includes only transfer services from the airport for inbound and outbound international flights. Cancellation and Change 4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will result in non-refundable flight ticket fees as a penalty. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure; except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or are under guarantee to the airline. In the event of cancellation less than 31 days before the trip start date, the guest can cancel with a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the price of the flight ticket, and in the case of cancellation 15 days or less before the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund conditions of additional services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance, as the refund conditions may vary depending on the time of cancellation. The Agency cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services. Guidance Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours indicated in the program may be changed by the guide according to the status of the museums and historical sites in the places to be visited, and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for a general introduction to the cities and are conducted as a maximum 2-3 hour guided tour that does not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours are subject to the permission of local authorities to visit during the days and hours indicated in the program, and the Agency is not responsible for the inability to perform the tours if they are closed due to any events or if the tour cannot be carried out due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is not allowed. 8- The guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and historical sites in accordance with the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times. 9- For tours conducted with Speed Boats, guests should avoid heavy meals and excessive water consumption just before boarding the boat. Guests who have stomach, back, neck complaints or are pregnant should report their situations to their guides. 10- There is no refund for participation in services such as tours or meals that are included in the prices if not utilized. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of a dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applied. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 14- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in flight-inclusive tours are personal matters, and these procedures must be carried out by the guests at the airports, from the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites prior to the flight. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at airports and shown on information boards in the area. This information must be followed up by the guests themselves. 17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the hours notified in accordance with airline rules, who do not check-in and board on time, or who check-in and board on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers, etc., for passengers who miss their flight are their responsibility. 18- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight can be reduced to 15 kg. The rules for excess baggage weight/charges are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrades can be processed based on the availability of the airline (please check with your airline). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Check whether the program tickets are in an upgradeable class. 20- Meals and online check-in services may be subject to additional fees on some airlines. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by guests through the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In cases where hotel names are not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided and/or when options are presented for the same destination, the Agency will notify the guest 48 hours prior to the trip. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further away than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days prior to the date of the trip. 24- At the time of signing up for a purchased tour; the guest must enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport accurately in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cost penalties for ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider whether your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey. 26- The check-in time for accommodation at hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Every effort is made to ensure that booked rooms meet the preferences of guests according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. They are generally served as continental breakfasts consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 29- In some cases, double beds may be provided instead of twin-bedded rooms. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 30- The policy for children and extra beds may vary by hotel and room types. 31- Any type of extra bed and baby crib is provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability, requiring approval from the hotel. 32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is limited to 1 (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, extra bed applications exist, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable beds or beds referred to as couch beds. Guests are considered to have declared that they accept the possible crowding and bed types due to additional beds in triple room and/or bookings with children. 34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children and their ages accompanying adults is incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts only apply to “one child” staying with two adults who meet the age group. 36- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The current rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests, some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel will be subject to additional charges by the hotel and are not included in the purchase. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes applicable in this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit. 38- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions. 39- The Agency may change the order of the cities in the program or the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program for necessary situations or as deemed appropriate. 40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards of the participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. In case of found items, all expenses incurred in delivering the items to the country and/or person are the owner's responsibility. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their health insurance policy and any relevant medications and reports related to health issues with them. 42- For possible extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention. Visa and Passport 1- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end date of travel. 2- To have an entrance-exit stamp on your passport at border crossings/customs, at least 2 blank pages must be available in your passport. 3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa for the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit into the country; the immigration officer has the authority to deny entry to you, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation. Responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applied by the country being traveled to, otherwise the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 5- To avoid issues with customs officers at the borders of the visited country due to torn, damaged, wet, or similar damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent are advised to be cautious, as it is possible that border police may request a document showing the consent of both parents for entry and exit from the country.
