Its most interesting tourist attractions include the archaeological sites in Gortis, Faistos, and Knossos, the Venetian castle in Rethymno, and the natural beauties of the Aradena and Samaria gorges. Crete Island was home to one of the earliest civilizations in Europe, the Minoan Kingdom, between 3000 and 1400 B.C. It has been influenced by the Ottoman and Venetian Kingdoms for many years. Arrival at Santorini at 07:00; Santorini Island, famous for its white villages perched on volcanic rocks above black sand beaches, takes its name from Saint Irene in the 13th century. The most important places on the island include Akrotiri, Ancient Thira, Fira, and Oia. Fira, the island's center, was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1956. This center, which has a wonderful view, is 580 steps away from the small harbor of Skala Fira. Access to this port is possible by cable car or by donkey through the steps. Oia, the island's third-largest port, has become a traditional settlement after the earthquake. Surrounded by neoclassical mansions, Oia is considered mysterious. Our ship departs at 00:30. The best beach on the island is located on the southern coast, at a beach called Platis Gialos, which is 4 kilometers away from Mykonos town. The beach, which has hotels and restaurants behind it, is the main beach of the island. Mykonos is a classic Aegean destination with its narrow streets, white houses, and pink and white flowers overflowing onto the roads. Arrival at Milos at 09:00; The Island of Seas and Caves: Milos is an exquisite island located to the west of the Cyclades archipelago in the Aegean Sea, formed by volcanic lava meeting the sea. The port town of Adamas features white-painted cube houses, small courtyards, and flower-adorned streets. At the island's summit lies the historical center of Plaka and the Panagia Thalassistra church, which offers stunning sunset views from 280 meters above the sea, along with the medieval castle Kastro. The hilltop village Tripiti, with its historic windmills and breezy vistas. The time-warped fishing village and beach Pollonia. The colorful fishing boat houses lining the sea at Klima, Mandrakia, Fyropotamos, and Mytakas fishing villages. Arrival at Athens (Lavrion) at 07:00; Piraeus, a charming port of Athens, is a beautiful town with its small hotels and nice appearance. The symbol of the powerful ancient Greek civilization, the Pantheon, is located atop the Acropolis in Athens. In Plaka, where taverns and shopping centers are located, you can catch the rhythm of the day and night. Our ship departs at 17:00. Day 07: Thessaloniki
Arrival at Thessaloniki at 12:30; As Greece's second-largest city, there are many special and significant places to visit in Thessaloniki. With its structure and lifestyle reminiscent of Izmir, must-see sites include the Thessaloniki Fortress, as well as the Agora, Aristotelous Square, and Eleftherias Square. The Agios Dimitrios Church, which houses many religious artifacts and was built from a Roman bath, is a special point in the city. Also within walking distance is the White Tower, built by Suleiman the Magnificent during the Ottoman period, which is now considered the symbol of Thessaloniki.
