Day 1: Istanbul-Edirne

We pick up our guests from the specified points and arrive at the İpsala border gate via Tekirdağ. After completing passport and customs procedures, we arrive in Kavala via Alexandroupoli, Komotini, and Xanthi.

Day 2: Kavala–Thessaloniki

After our arrival in Kavala, we take a break for breakfast and to taste the delicious Kavala cookies. After the breakfast break, we take a short photo break on the beautiful Kavala coast and set off for Thessaloniki. Guests who wish may join the Philippi Ancient City Tour to be held along the way. After visiting the Aya Dimitros Church, the largest church in Greece, and the house of the Great Leader Atatürk, which is currently located in the garden of the Turkish consulate, we arrive in Thessaloniki and our city tour begins. The waterfront, White Tower, Rotunda, fair square, Ottoman and Byzantine monuments, Aya Dimitros Cathedral, the largest cathedral in Greece, the Statue of Alexander the Great, Hamzbula Bey Mosque, E. Venezelo - P. Konstantin statues, and Vardar, Macedonia, Aristotle, and Eleftherios squares are among the places to be seen. After our tour, free time. Guests who wish may join the Greek Tavern with dinner, music, and folklore. Overnight at our hotel.

The Philippi Ancient City, located near Kavala and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the important centers of the Roman period. With its ancient theater, forum area, mosaic structures, and ruins believed to be where Saint Paul preached, it fascinates its visitors. On the guided walking tour, you will discover both the historical layers of the ancient city and witness the cultural richness of the region.

In this tour, our unique Greek Tavern tour, decorated with exquisite Greek music and food in the evening, will take place. At the end of the night, transfer to the hotel.

Day 3: Thessaloniki - Bitola (Manastir) – Resen – Ohrid

After breakfast, we depart for Bitola. Upon arrival, there are Şirok Street, the Bedesten, Ishak Mosque, Yeni Mosque, and the Military High School where Atatürk graduated, where we will experience the most emotional moments of the trip. After our visit to Bitola, we pass through Resen, the hometown of Resneli Niyazi, and arrive in Ohrid, the pearl of the Balkans. Departure in Ohrid. Upon arrival, we will conduct a tour introducing the historical city of Ohrid, one of the important Ottoman bases in the Balkans. During our tour, the Monument of Saints Cyril and Methodius, believed to have developed the Cyrillic Alphabet, 9th-century Byzantine monks, Aya Sofia Church, the Ancient Theater dating back to the Roman period, Samoil Fortress, St. Clement Monastery and St. Panteleimon Church, Sinan Çelebi Tomb, Çınar Square, Turkish Bazaar, Halveti Lodge, New Bazaar, Ohrid Market, and Lake Ohrid are some of the places we will see. Day 4: Ohrid – Matka Canyon - Tetovo – Skopje

After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the rooms and departure at the time determined by our guide. Guests who wish may join our extra Matka Canyon tour, which will be held along the way. We begin our journey to the capital, Skopje. Along our route, we visit Tetovo, the country’s 3rd largest city and the city with the highest Albanian population. We visit the Painted Mosque and the Imaret, founded by two sisters. After our visit, we continue to Skopje, the capital, where we begin our city tour. On our half-day panoramic tour introducing Skopje, the city where Yahya Kemal Beyatlı was born; the Old Train Station, the monument and house of Skopje-born philanthropist Mother Teresa, the Stone Bridge, the Fortress Walls, the Old Town from the Ottoman period, and the Bazaar, as well as Mustafa Pasha, Sultan Murad Mosques, Davud Pasha Bathhouse, and the Kapan, Sulu, and Kurşunlu Inns, which are among the finest architectural legacies of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans, are among the places to be visited with outdoor explanations. Extra Tour Matka Canyon Tour Per Person: 20 Euro

In this excursion through the forests and pastures of Mount Vodno, you will discover Matka Canyon. The canyon, which covers an area of approximately 5,000 hectares, includes medieval monasteries and an artificial lake. Here you will see rugged cliffs and different endemic plant and animal species. You can try canoeing or walk along the green trails.

Extra Tour: Balkan Night with Dinner, Music, and Folklore Per Person: 50 Euro

In this tour, our unique Balkan night tour, decorated with exquisite Balkan music and food in the evening, accompanied by folklore team’s local dance shows, will take place. At the end of the night, transfer to the hotel.

Day 5: Skopje – Sofia – Plovdiv – Istanbul

After breakfast, we arrive in Sofia and begin our panoramic city tour. St. Nedelya Church, Rotunda Church, Russian Church, Aya Sofia Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Prime Ministry, Parliament, Sofia University, NDK National Palace of Culture, and the Army House, where the famous ball attended by the Great Leader Atatürk in his Janissary costume was held, are among the places to be seen. After a short break, we pass through Plovdiv, the second largest city of Bulgaria, and arrive at the Kapıkule Border Gate. We depart for Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul and the end of our tour.
