Thessaloniki & Kavala Tour Special November 10

Day 1: Istanbul – Ipsala

We meet our guests from the specified locations and start our journey. Following the Tekirdağ - Keşan - İpsala route, arrival at the Ipsala Turkish border.

Day 2: Thessaloniki

Arrival in Thessaloniki in the morning and panoramic city tour; the waterfront, White Tower, Rotunda, fair square, Ottoman and Byzantine monuments, Aya Dimitros Cathedral, the largest cathedral in Greece, the Statue of Alexander the Great, Hamza Bey Mosque, the statues of E. Venezelo and P. Konstantin, and the Vardar, Macedonia, Aristotle, and Eleftherios squares are among the places to be seen. At the end of the tour, we visit the home of the Great Leader Atatürk and settle into our hotel. In the evening, for those who wish, there is an optional opportunity to join a Greek tavern, with delicious food, Greek music, and unlimited entertainment accompanied by bouzouki. (50 EUR)

Day 3: Thessaloniki - Kavala – Komotini – Alexandroupoli – Istanbul

After breakfast in the morning, departure for Kavala. After approximately 2-3 hours of travel, arrival in Kavala and a panoramic city tour; aqueducts, port, castle, 19th-century neoclassical buildings, Pangia, old and new city, Acropolis, lighthouse, Ag. Nicholas, and Teodoro Kimissi churches, Kavala's Mehmet Ali Pasha soup kitchen, and after seeing the House Statue, free time for lunch, then we pass through the Turkish-region cities of Xanthi & Komotini & Alexandroupoli panoramically and travel to the Ipsala border gate. After passport and customs procedures, we travel to Istanbul following the Keşan-Tekirdağ-Silivri highway. After a free meatball break in Tekirdağ, arrival in Istanbul in the evening, the end of our tour, and our guests are dropped off at the points where they were picked up.
