In this main square of the city, we will see the statue of Alexander the Great, erected in 2011 to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Macedonia, and the Ristik Palace, built in 1926 for the Ristik family and now serving as an office building. Our journey will continue past the Mother Teresa House, founded in her memory because the Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Albanian Catholic nun Teresa, whose real name was Agnes Gonca Boyacı, was born in Skopje; the upper floor is a church and the lower floor is used as a museum presenting scenes from the nun’s life. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connection fare obtained from the agency will also be refunded to the guest, provided that the visa service has been utilized or if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded as they have been used. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of the agency, the agency will not be liable for any refund in the event that the tour is canceled by the agency. The guest accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour and cannot hold the agency responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, the provision of the tour for the guest individually will occur, and the package-included guiding service will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer. Cancellation and Change 4- In our tours, transport tickets are arranged at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will result in a non-refundable penalty applied to these flight ticket costs. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided that they notify the agency in writing, except for those airline tickets that have been paid and/or committed by the agency. In case of less than 31 days until the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airfare, and in case of less than 15 days to the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying the total penalty fee of the tour fee. If cancellation is requested, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the duration of the cancellation request, so prior inquiry about refunds is required. The agency cannot commit to the refund of additional services. Guide Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours mentioned in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for the general introduction of the cities and are, at most, 2-3 hour tours conducted through vehicle-based narration by the guide without the entrance to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours will not be the agency's responsibility if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities not permitting visits on the scheduled days and times, or road closures due to any events, or if, due to weather conditions, the tour cannot be feasibly conducted. Some tours may be carried out via public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or access by vehicle is not permitted. 8- Depending on the number of participants, the guide can make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the conditions of the closure of museums and archaeological sites. This also applies in cases of changes to flight times. 9- Important points to consider for tours conducted with Speed Boats include: heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive water consumption should be avoided. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There are no refunds for failing to participate in the tour or meal services included in the prices. About Flights 11- The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 12- Scheduled and charter flights may experience delays or changes in flight times. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellation of the flight times when purchasing the tour. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 14- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures required for those participating in flight tours are personal responsibilities, and these processes must be carried out by the guest at the respective airline counters or online on the airlines' websites before the flight. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and shown on the information boards. Guests must personally follow this information. 17- The agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the specified times according to airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip plane tickets and necessary transfers in the destination region for guests who miss their flight are the responsibility of the guests themselves. 18- The general luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If domestic flights are available in the destination country, this luggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the agency. 19- For guests who wish to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (check with the airline to see if you have membership). No guarantee of mileage upgrades can be provided for each flight. Please check if the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for in-flight meals and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in communication with the hotel. In such a case, the cancellation conditions of the agency will apply. 22- In cases where the hotel names are not specified in tour programs but only category information is provided and/or options are offered for the same destination, the agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at locations further than the indicated locations or kilometers. In such cases, the agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure. 24- When registering for the purchased tour, it is required for the guest to correctly input/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties arising from incorrect information resulting in the cancellation or change of the airline ticket will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, please check with your service provider to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use. 26- The check-in time for hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the agency. Efforts are made to ensure that the reserved rooms comply with the guest's preferences based on hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of the hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the agency. 28- The breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfasts traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. Typically, they are served as continental breakfasts consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room designated for groups. 29- In some instances, instead of a double bed or two separate beds, there may be a single double bed. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room types. 31- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and are subject to hotel availability; they require hotel approval. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in a room is 1 unit (maximum). 33- Extra bed applications are available in triple rooms, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds are made of foldable or coach bed types. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the tightness and bed type that may arise from extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations. 34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children and their ages staying with adults are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect information. The hotel may request identification to verify the ages of children. 35- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be an additional bed for the child. Children’s prices only apply if they stay alongside two adults. Child discounts are applicable only for one "single child" who meets the age group of those staying alongside two adults. 36- Daily exchange rates are reflected in the Turkish Lira prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) that you may receive at the hotel will be subject to extra charges. These costs are not included in the payment on purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Specific countries may have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All applicable city, tourism, or other taxes being implemented will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entrance or exit. 38- The travel distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical factors of the visited country, roadworks, and conditions. 39- The agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program as necessary or deemed appropriate. 40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred in delivering the items to the country and/or the person will be borne by the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and prescriptions for any health issues. 42- For possible additional charges upon checking in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the agency has no intervention. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the end of the travel date. 2- To have an exit-stamp on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 empty pages in your passport. 3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for the countries in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit; the passport control officer has the authority to prevent you from entering/leaving the country, and the agency is not responsible for this; the passenger bears the liability. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country’s passport should check the visa procedures applicable to that country with the relevant consulates directly; the agency will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from this. 5- To avoid any issues with customs officers at the country border due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; passports need to be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- For guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents, it is advisable for them and their parents to be sensitive to the possibility that a document showing the mutual consent of both parents may be requested at the country’s entry/exit points.
