How to Obtain Permission for Overnight School Trips?

Our agency has all the relevant documents for the school trip. Along with your preferred tour and its details, all necessary vehicle and agency documents will be prepared and presented to you. With these documents, you can obtain permission very easily. Travel insurance is provided for all participants on our overnight school tours.

Complete List of Required Documents for Permission for Overnight School Trips

1. Framework Agreement. (It will be prepared by our agency with all details and presented to you)

2. A certified copy of the “Operating Certificate” issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the agency.

3. A document showing that the agency is an active travel company.

4. A certified copy of the professional guide identity card and contract belonging to the tour guide/guides.

5. Certified copies by the contractor of the vehicle driver(s)’ “Driver’s License” and “Vocational Qualification Certificate (SRC2)”.

6. D2 Authorization Certificate for the vehicle/vehicles for out-of-town overnight trips.

7. Copies of the vehicle/vehicles registration documents.

8. A copy each of the vehicles’ “Traffic insurance policy”, “Highway Passenger Transportation Mandatory Seat Personal Accident Insurance Policy”, and “Highway Financial Liability Insurance Policy”.

9. If the vehicle/vehicles are rented, a copy of the rental agreement.

10. The trip plan and a list that also includes Turkish Republic ID numbers.
