Day 1: Istanbul-Baku
We meet in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport at 05:00.. After our ticketing and baggage procedures, we depart for Baku on Turkish Airlines flight TK332 at 08:35.. We arrive in Baku at 12:35 local time. Upon arrival, we take our panoramic Baku city tour. We see the Heydar Aliyev Center panoramically, then take short photo breaks at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard. After seeing Ağ Şehir, one of Baku’s newly developing areas, we head to our hotel. After completing check-in, we settle into our rooms. In the evening, our guests who wish may join the Baku Old Town Evening Tour and Azerbaijan Night Tour, which will be organized as an extra. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2: Baku
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, free time. Guests who wish may join the Absheron Peninsula tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide.. After completing our tour, guests who wish may join the Caspian Boat Tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide. Then we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3: Baku
After breakfast in the morning, free time. Guests who wish may join the Gobustan & Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center Tour. After our tour, overnight at our hotel.

Our first stop is Gobustan National Park, located 70 km south of Baku and included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. This unique area, known as an “open-air museum,” is a fascinating archaeological site that sheds light on human history with thousands of years old rock carvings, pictorial stones, and traces of prehistoric life. Here, many rock paintings can be seen, from hunting scenes to dance figures, from daily life to animal depictions. The region’s unique nature and atmosphere offer our guests unforgettable photo shots.After our visit to Gobustan, we turn our route to the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center, the symbol of modern Azerbaijan. Designed by the world-famous architect Zaha Hadid, this structure is one of Baku’s most iconic buildings with its impressive curved form and extraordinary architecture. Inside the center, there are not only cultural and art exhibitions, but also a special classic car collection that draws great interest from visitors.Here: perfectly restored Soviet classic vehicles from the 1940s to the 1970s, rare models such as Volga, Moskvich, and Chaika from the USSR period, old official state vehicles used in state protocol, and vintage automobiles of high collector value can be seen up close and photographed. This section of the museum offers a highly impressive experience for both classic car enthusiasts and guests who love nostalgia.
Day 4: Baku – Istanbul
After breakfast in the morning, we vacate the rooms and have free time until the flight departure time. Transfer to Baku airport at the time determined by our guide. Flight to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK341 at 17:45. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, arrival at Istanbul Airport at 19:40 and the end of our tour; we bid farewell to our valued guests, hoping to see you on your next journey.

GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full tour price is refunded to the guest. In the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic connecting flight purchased from the Agency is also refunded to the guest, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using the visa service and travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded to the guest as they will have been used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance are also canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independently of the Agency, in the event of the trip being canceled by the Agency, the guest cannot request any refund from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance, at the time of purchasing the tour, any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right, in good faith, not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the round-trip airport transfer abroad.
Cancellation and Changes
4- On our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the amounts for these non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable flight tickets will be charged as a penalty.
5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for plane tickets for which payment has been made to the airline and/or which have been committed by the Agency. If less than 31 days remain until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee after the flight ticket price; if 15 days or less remain until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, since the cancellation/refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the requested cancellation period, information should be requested in advance regarding the refund. The Agency cannot undertake any commitment regarding the cancellation/refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and lasting at most 2-3 hours, excluding museum and site entrances. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visits/entry on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event; likewise, if it becomes impossible to hold the tour due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible in cases of closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
8- Depending on the content of our tours, our guide may make changes to the city tour and/or the days of additional tours according to the number of participants and the closed status of the museum and site. This also applies in the event of changes in flight times.
9- Points to consider in our tours made with Speed Boats: do not eat a heavy meal or drink excessive amounts of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
10- If participation is not made in the tour or meal services specified in the services included in the price, there is no refund.
About Flights
11- The Agency is an intermediary institution between the passenger and the airline, and in possible disputes the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- On scheduled and special flights, delays or flight time changes may occur. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellation.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- Pursuant to airline rules; if the outbound flight of airline tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures that must be carried out for those participating in tours with flights are personal procedures, and it is mandatory for these procedures to be completed by the guest before the flight at airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airlines' websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed personally by the guests.
17- The Agency is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the stated times in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane, are unable to take the flight in order to participate in the tour. All expenses arising from the provision of new round-trip flight tickets needed for guests who miss their flight to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination region, etc., are their own responsibility.
18- In general, luggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles (upgrade to business or first class); upgrade procedures may be carried out after the tickets are issued, depending on the airline's availability (check the airline with which you have membership). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the program's tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- On some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where the hotel(s) in the tour program are provided only with category information without names and/or are offered as alternatives for the same destination, the guest will be informed by the Agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport must be entered/declared correctly into the system by the guest. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, check whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs.
26- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
27- The Agency will inform the hotel of room-related requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type). Efforts are made to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfast served in hotels differs from the rich breakfast familiar in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as continental breakfast with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and for groups it may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be joined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel's room types.
31- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 (maximum).
33- There is an extra bed arrangement in 3-person rooms; in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are foldable beds and beds called coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type due to the extra beds to be added to the standard room in 3-person room and/or child reservations.
34- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an extra fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children.
35- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only for the “single child” in the age group that stays with 2 adults.
36- Exchange rate changes during the day are reflected in TL prices. Rates valid at the time of payment apply. Your additional requests, some extra services you receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to an extra fee by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes are collected by the hotel from the guest at check-in or check-out.
38- The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works, and road conditions.
39- In mandatory cases or when deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program.
40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of the people participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the owner of the item.
41- Persons participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health problems, the relevant medications and reports with them.
42- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
1- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
2- At customs crossings/border gates, at least 2 blank pages are required in your passport so that an entry/exit stamp can be placed in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour and having obtained a visa do not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to allow or refuse your entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Our guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will join the tour using the passport of another country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Since there is a possibility that our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer at entry/exit to the country for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay special attention to this matter.
