Day 1: Istanbul – Skopje
Meet in front of the airline counter at Istanbul Airport’s departure terminal. Depart for Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, at 08:55 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1003. After a comfortable flight, arrive at 08:25 local time and, following entry procedures, begin our panoramic city tour with our private vehicle waiting at the airport. Skopje is one of the Balkans’ important cultural centers with its heritage from the Ottoman period and modern structures. We start our tour with the historical places in Skopje, the city where the famous Turkish poet Yahya Kemal Beyatlı was born. Our first stop is Mustafa Pasha Mosque, one of the city’s largest and most magnificent mosques, built in 1492. Then we visit Murat Pasha Mosque, built in the 15th century. This mosque is especially notable for its Ottoman-era carvings and architecture. In the continuation of our tour, we will see Kapan Han and Sulu Han, located in the heart of Skopje. These structures, fine examples of Ottoman inns, were once important centers where merchants stayed and traded. Later, we visit the Stone Bridge, which has become the symbol of Skopje. This bridge was built in the 15th century and connects both sides of the Vardar River. Walking from the Stone Bridge, we will continue our tour by seeing the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods along the Vardar River. During our riverside walk, we pass through Macedonia Square. This square is Skopje’s largest and most central point and is surrounded by modern buildings. Here, we will encounter the statue of Alexander the Great and other monuments. Then, we view the Ottoman Bridge from the outside, dating from the 15th century, and visit Davut Pasha Bath to once again feel the splendor of the Ottoman period. We continue discovering the city by walking toward Skopje’s Turkish Bazaar. Before reaching the bazaar, we see the Clock Tower, one of Skopje’s symbolic structures, built in the 16th century. Here, we will visit Sultan Murat Mosque, one of the early-period mosques of the Ottoman Empire, and Isa Bey Mosque. The mosques are an important part of the city’s Islamic heritage and attract attention with their architecture. Finally, we give free time in the Turkish Bazaar. In this bazaar, you can find many products, from traditional handicrafts to souvenirs. After the pleasant time you spend in the bazaar, we will return to our hotel in the evening.

Day 2: Skopje – Belgrade
After breakfast, we leave our hotel and begin a pleasant journey to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Belgrade, one of the most important cultural and strategic centers of the Balkans throughout history, also stands out today with its vibrancy, activity, and historical character. In this fascinating city, we will have the opportunity to discover the intersection of Ottoman and European cultures. Upon arrival in Belgrade, a panoramic city tour begins, during which we will explore the city’s full splendor. On our tour, we will first see the Old Palace, which bears traces of the Ottoman period and is known for its magnificent carved ceilings. Here, you can feel the historical atmosphere and discover the texture of Belgrade that brings together the past and present. Then we head to one of the city’s most impressive spots, where the Sava River meets the Danube River. In this unique view, it will be a pleasure to explore this area, which throughout history has been the focal point of many conquests and victories. As we continue to discover this ancient city, where Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror was wounded, yet whose conquest was achieved by Suleiman the Magnificent, you will encounter Belgrade Fortress, used as a supply center for the Ottoman navy. While tracing the marks of history in this fortress, we will see important points such as the Fortress Square and Stone Square. During our tour, we will visit the Tomb of Şehit Ali Pasha, one of the important figures of the Ottoman period. During these visits, you will deeply explore Belgrade’s rich history and learn about the city’s cultural heritage from the Ottoman era. Our trip continues with a visit to the Military Museum. This museum is full of artifacts that shed light on Belgrade’s military history and offers a highly impressive experience for visitors. At the end of our tour, leaving behind the city’s history and lively atmosphere, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
Skopje – Belgrade : 430 km
Day 3: Belgrade - Sarajevo
After breakfast, we depart for Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Upon arrival, this city, which for centuries was the cultural capital of the Balkans and went down in history as the place where World War I broke out after Austro-Hungarian Crown Prince Archduke Franz Ferdinand was killed by Serbs in 1914, had suffered great devastation as a result of the destructive wars between Serbs, Croats, and Bosniaks in the 1992 war, yet Sarajevo managed to preserve much of its beauty. During our panoramic city tour, we will see the famous Baščaršija, the historic Ottoman inn Morica Han, the Catholic Cathedral reflecting the city’s religious cosmopolitanism, the Synagogue, Gazi Husrev-beg and Ferhadija Mosques, the Latin Bridge where Franz Ferdinand’s assassination took place in 1914, the Old Library, and the Western-style buildings formed during the city’s 40 years under Austro-Hungarian rule. Day 4: Sarajevo - Mostar - Blagaj - Počitelj - Medugorje
After breakfast, we depart from Sarajevo. Our first stop is Mostar, famous for its historical and cultural richness. Here, we will see Mostar Bridge, built in 1557 by architect Hayreddin and one of the masterpieces of Ottoman architecture. This bridge was destroyed in 1992, but was rebuilt in 2004 with the contributions of the Republic of Türkiye. After discovering the enchanting atmosphere of Mostar, we will visit Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque. Then we head to Blagaj. Blagaj was founded at the source of the Buna River, Europe’s strongest water source. After a short free time here, we continue to Počitelj. By visiting Počitelj, preserved with its historical texture and known as the Turkish Village, we will see the works made by the Ottomans in the 16th century. Finally, we head to Medugorje. Medugorje is a peaceful place famous for its religious visitors. After arriving at our hotel, we retreat to our rooms to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

We take a short break at Skanderbeg Square and see the Skanderbeg Statue standing proudly in the middle of the square. The Clock Tower, the symbol of Tirana, built by Ethem Bey in 1821, is also one of the highlights of our tour. Then we visit the meaningful Peace Bell, made in 1999 by the children of Shkodra from melted bullets during the uprising. During this tour, Tirana’s modern face and historical past come together, allowing you to collect unforgettable memories. After free time, we continue toward Ohrid. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1- The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The total cost of the tour will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour will be made; the domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. If a visa service has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded, as they are considered used. If the visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance can be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection independently from a different service provider, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency in the event of the trip being canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any potential financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not to cancel the tour. In this case, providing the tour individually for the guest will be possible, and the guide services included in the package will only cover the international round-trip airport transfers.
Cancellation and Change
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are arranged at the time of reservation. In cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, these flight ticket prices, which have no right of cancellation & change and refund, will be reflected as a penalty fee.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets for which the payment has been made and/or a commitment has been made to the airline. In case there are less than 31 days left until the start of the trip, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour cost must be paid for cancellation, and in case of cancellation with 15 days or less before the start of the trip, the entire tour cost must be paid as a penalty fee. In case of a cancellation request, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance, as the refund conditions may vary according to the cancellation request period. The Agency cannot make any commitment for the cancellation and refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide based on the status of museums and archaeological sites (open/closed) and weather conditions at the places to be visited. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general introduction of cities and are panoramic tours made within the vehicle accompanied by the guide's narration, lasting at most 2-3 hours, not including entrance to museums and archaeological sites. The Agency shall not be held responsible if these tours cannot occur due to local authorities not permitting visits on the scheduled days and times, or if the tours are made impossible due to adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where closed roads or vehicle access restrictions exist.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the status of the museums and archaeological sites being closed. This situation also applies in case of changes in flight times.
9- Attention should be paid to the following points for our tours conducted by Speed Boats; heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding the boat and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with complaints related to the stomach, back, neck, or pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
10- If services included in the prices (tours or meals) are not utilized, no refund will be provided.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, shall be applied.
12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times at the time of purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay for the airport tax.
14- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not utilized, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- The check-in and boarding procedures to be carried out for those participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be completed by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the counters of the relevant airline, or online via the airline's website.
16- Last minute delays and gate changes during flights will be announced audibly at the airports and displayed on the information boards. This information should be monitored directly by the guests.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the notified airport at the times specified according to airline rules for participating in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding processes on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to new round-trip tickets and transfers that are required for passengers who miss their flight to participate in the tour are their own responsibility.
18- The general baggage weight for flights originating from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination. If domestic flights are present in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. The rules regarding excess baggage weight/price are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests who wish to upgrade their tickets to business or first class using their miles; upgrade procedures can be carried out based on availability of the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of) after the tickets have been issued. No guarantee of miles for each flight is provided. Please check if the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class.
20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for food and drink and online check-in services.
Other Considerations
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest to the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.
22- When hotel(s) are specified only by category information in the tour program or alternatives are presented for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
23- In special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, the Agency will inform 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the correct entry of the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system by the guest is necessary. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from errors in these details will be charged to the guest.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before you leave Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for use abroad.
26- The check-in time for accommodation at the hotel is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests concerning the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Care will be taken that the booked rooms conform to the guest's preferences, subject to hotel availability. The realization of these requests is dependent on availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally prepared in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it may be served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate designated hall for groups.
29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be joined together if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel based on room types.
31- Any extra bed or baby crib is provided upon request and at the discretion of the hotel and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the extra bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of folding beds and/or couch beds. Our guests accept that they will be deemed to have acknowledged the potential tightness and bed type in rooms due to the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations.
34- If the number of children and their ages declared by the guests during hotel reservations is incorrect, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to “one child” who meets the age group traveling with two adults.
36- Daily exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment apply. Any extra requests and some additional services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may be subject to extra charge by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes currently applied will be collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
38- The travel distances indicated in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions, etc.
39- The Agency can change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used if deemed necessary or in case of compulsory situations, without altering the content of the program.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and documents for any health issues with them.
42- For any additional expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The deposit requested at check-out is an operation between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
2- To be able to get entry/exit stamps in your passport at customs checkpoints/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa for the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit, as passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry/exit; the Agency cannot be held responsible for this situation, and responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using another country's passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the travel destination country; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any consequences.
5- To avoid any issues at the customs point of the visited country due to ripped, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Guests under the age of 18 are advised to show sensitivity regarding travel with only one parent or alone, as they may be asked for a consent document from both parents by the police officer on duty at country entry/exit.
