Day 1 Istanbul – Dubai March 16
Meeting at 19:00 in front of the AJet Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart for Dubai Airport on AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF143 at 21:15.
Day 2 Dubai March 17
Arrival at Dubai International Airport at 02:45 local time. After our baggage procedures, we meet our guide waiting for us at the airport and depart for Dubai city center. After the breakfast break we will take upon arrival, we begin our Dubai icons and city tour.
We will first begin our tour by seeing the winter palace of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Sheikh of Dubai of the United Arab Emirates. During this time, you can take photos with the peacocks accompanying us. Afterwards, with our journey on Sheikh Zayed Street, one of Dubai’s busiest roads and named after the founder of the Emirate, we will have the chance to see Dubai’s world-famous skyscrapers and shopping centers panoramically. As our next stop, during our photo break at Marina, we will have the chance to photograph Dubai’s third largest and first completed Palm Island. Then, along Jumeirah Beach Road, known as Dubai’s busiest and richest avenue, we will see Burj Al Arab, the symbol of Dubai and the world’s only 7-star hotel, panoramically. After the photo break we will take here, we head to Deira, known as Dubai’s old city, and you can visit and shop at the Gold Souk, the final stop of our tour. After our city tour, return to our hotel. For guests who wish, an extra evening tour with dinner to Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show will be organized. Overnight at our hotel.

The first visit of this tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. Built on 400 acres, this resort includes 5-star hotels, 29 summer villas, 40 restaurants, and a large bazaar along a 2 km-long beach. This traditional market, reminiscent of the city of Venice, will be appreciated for its old architectural features and wide variety of souvenirs.
Our second stop is Burj Khalifa, known as the world’s largest structure. With its 828-meter height, Burj Khalifa (Burç Halife) holds the title of the world’s tallest building, takes its name from Khalifa bin Zayed, and has more than 160 floors. The next stop of our tour will be Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping centers with a capacity of 1200 shops. Here you can find all kinds of electronics stores, souvenirs, and local products such as processed quality dates. During our Dubai Mall visit, you can attend the Fountain water, sound, and light show.
Day 3 Dubai March 18
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra Dubai Highlights: Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden Tour. Dubai Frame: We will visit this architectural wonder, designed as a bridge between Dubai’s past and future. Miracle Garden: We will take a walk in a colorful and fascinating garden with 45 million flowers. Guests who wish can also join the Evening Dinner Included Desert Safari Tour. Spend a pleasant evening in the desert, go on a safari in 4x4 jeeps, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. Relieve the tiredness of the day with an open-buffet dinner and traditional dance performances at the Bedouin camp set up in the desert. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight at our hotel.

We start our tour by visiting the Dubai Frame building, known as the world’s largest frame, measuring 150 meters long and 100 meters wide, for exterior photo shooting. This iconic structure frames Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different perspectives and offers an impressive view. Afterwards, we visit Miracle Garden, the world’s largest flower garden, home to 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. Free time will be given so you can take great photos in the garden. In our tour, which will begin in the afternoon with pick-up from our hotel in luxury 4x4 vehicles, experience an exciting safari on the sand dunes. During this time, you may have the chance to see animals such as camels, gazelles, or falcons. One of the most beautiful moments is photographing the magnificent scenery formed with the sunset. After the safari, we head to Bedouin tents where you can watch various stage shows along with dinner. In this traditional Bedouin tent set up in the desert, you can have a henna tattoo with traditional motifs and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. You will have the opportunity to taste local flavors at the open-buffet dinner and enjoy a pleasant time with dance shows organized during the meal.
Day 4: Dubai March 19
After breakfast, our guests who wish may join the extra Lunch Included Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World Tour. Also, in the evening, guests who wish may join the Evening Dinner Included Marina Dhow Cruise Tour.

We start our tour with Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the 4th largest mosque in the world, paved with white marble. After our visit to the mosque, we continue to our panoramic Abu Dhabi city tour. Within the scope of the tour, you will see the Etihad Towers, the Emirates Palace, the world’s most expensive hotel, and Heritage Village museum, which tells about old desert life. We proceed to the place where we will have lunch. After the meal, we will have a photo break at the world-famous Ferrari World area and then return to Dubai. At the time specified by our guide, we transfer to Sharjah Airport.

In the evening, for guests who wish, we go on a Marina Dhow Cruise tour on a luxury boat. Day 5: Dubai March 20
Free time all day after breakfast. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures and have free time all day.

Day2Day Shopping Center: We make our first stop at this shopping center where you can find your souvenirs. Mall of the Emirates: You will spend free time in this famous shopping center that also includes a ski slope. Outlet Mall: After the free time given by our guide, we move on to Outlet Mall, where discounted products are available.
Our tour offers the chance to shop and explore Dubai's shopping opportunities. After our visit to Outlet Mall, we go to Global Village, which consists of pavilions from various countries of the world and is considered one of the most entertaining places in the world. At the end of our enjoyable evening in the pavilion where you can find and shop for souvenir and food products, transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. Day 7: Dubai- Istanbul March 22
Our airport transfer takes place at the time determined by our guide. After arrival at Dubai Airport, we depart for Istanbul at 04:35 on AJet Airlines flight number VF144. After our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 08:35, our tour ends. Until we meet again on our next organization…

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1- General Terms and Conditions are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In the event that sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. In the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic connecting flight purchased from the Agency is also refunded to the guest. If a visa service, travel health insurance, and a visa application have been made on behalf of the guest using these services, they cannot be refunded to the guest as they have been used. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance are also cancelled and the fee is refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independent of the Agency, in the event that the trip is cancelled by the Agency, the guest cannot request any refund from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance, at the time of purchasing the tour, any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In the event that sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency has the right, in good faith, not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guide service included in the package will only cover the round-trip airport transfer abroad.
Cancellation and Changes
4- On our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. In cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, these flight ticket fees, which are non-refundable and non-changeable, will be reflected as a penalty amount.
5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding flight tickets paid to and/or committed to the airline by the Agency. If there are less than 31 days remaining until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee after the flight ticket price; if there are 15 days or less remaining until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. If a cancellation is requested, since the cancellation/refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the requested cancellation period, information should be obtained in advance regarding their refundability. The Agency cannot make any commitment regarding the cancellation/refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Optional Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including museum or historical site entries. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because the relevant days and times coincide with local authorities not allowing visits or entries, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
8- Our guide may make changes to the city tour and/or additional tour days depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This also applies in the event of changes that may occur in flight times.
9- Points to note in our tours carried out with Speed Boats: do not eat a heavy meal and do not drink excessive amounts of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
10- If participation is not made in the tours or meal services specified in the services included in the price, there is no refund.
About Flights
11- The Agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger, and in possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
12- There may be delays or flight time changes in scheduled and special flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of a change/cancellation in flight time.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- Pursuant to airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip purchased tickets is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
15- The check-in and boarding procedures required for persons participating in air tours are personal procedures, and these procedures must be completed by the guest before the flight at airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airlines’ websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. These informations must be followed personally by the guests.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, in the event that they cannot take the flight. All costs arising from matters such as obtaining new round-trip flight tickets required for guests who miss the plane to join the tour and transfers in the destination region, etc., are their own responsibility.
18- The standard luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade procedures may be carried out depending on the airline’s availability (please check the airline with which you have membership). There is no mileage guarantee for each flight. Please check whether the program’s tickets are in an upgradable class.
20- On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to an additional fee.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In this case, the Agency’s cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where the hotel(s) are stated in the tour program only by category information without naming them and/or are offered as options for the same destination, the guest will be informed by the Agency 48 hours before departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at locations or distances farther than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
24- When registering for the purchased tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport must be correctly entered/declared into the system by the guest. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, check whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company your line belongs to.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- The Agency informs the hotel of room-related requests (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type). Efforts are made to ensure that the reserved rooms are in line with the guest’s preferences depending on the hotel’s availability. Fulfilling these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfast offered in hotels differs from the rich breakfast customary in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options, called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
29- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be joined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room type.
31- Any extra bed and baby cot is provided upon request and subject to the hotel’s availability and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 (maximum).
33- In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used; in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable beds and beds called coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type due to the extra beds to be added to the standard room in 3-person and/or child-inclusive reservations.
34- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children.
35- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid for the “single child” who falls within the age group staying with 2 adults.
36- Intra-day exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Your additional requests, and some extra services you may receive at the hotel (mini bar, ironing, etc.), are subject to an extra fee by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
38- The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works, and road conditions.
39- When necessary or when deemed appropriate, the Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used for the flight without disrupting the content of the program.
40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the owner of the item.
41- It is mandatory for persons participating in the tour to have their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health issues, the relevant medications and reports with them.
42- For possible extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The refund of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention.
Visa and Passport
1- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
2- At customs crossings/border gates, in order for entry/exit stamps to be placed in your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Visa exemption and obtaining a visa for entry into the countries on this tour do not mean that entry into/exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to not allow you into/out of the country, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
4- Our guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
6- Since for our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, the police officer in charge at country entry-exit may ask for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive on this matter.
