ISTANBUL – MILAN – (Como Tour)
After completing baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control procedures, which you will complete 3 hours before the flight at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal, we fly to Bergamo at 08:50 with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1211. Upon arrival at Bergamo Airport at 10:40 local time, we head to Milan city center with our private bus waiting for us at the airport to conduct our city tour. On the way, our guests who wish may join the optional Como Tour program (50 Euro). In our tour, we will visit Lake Como, famous for its luxury lifestyle and natural beauty, which hosts the summer homes of Hollywood celebrities, Europe’s wealthy, and the world’s jet-set society, and we will take a photo break accompanied by the lake’s unique view. After the free time to be given in Como, we continue our journey toward Milan city center. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, also stands out with its cuisine, opera, churches, and priceless works of art such as the fresco of Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Supper. Although it is Italy’s business and financial capital, Milan is also the right address for shopping, nightlife, and dining experiences; during our city tour in Milan, the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, La Galeria where many famous brands are located and where you can enjoy shopping, and Porta Romano are among the places to be seen. After the city tour, transfer to our hotel in the Milan region. Check-in and free time to rest.
MILAN – (Verona Tour) – VENICE – (Venice Masterpieces & Hidden Venice Walking Tour) – (Venice Colorful Islands & Gondola Tour)
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head to our hotel in the Venice region. On the way, our guests who wish may join the optional Verona Tour program (50 Euro). Verona, which is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, is home to Italy’s second-largest amphitheater after the Colosseum, and also to the home of Romeo and Juliet, the famous work written by the English writer Shakespeare, which tells the greatest love story known in the world today. We complete our panoramic sightseeing tour, which we will carry out on foot through Via Mazzini (main square) and Erbe Square, surrounded by many shops, cafes, and stores, where we will also see Verona Cathedral, and continue our journey to our hotel in the Venice region. On the way, our guests who wish may join the optional Venice Masterpieces and Hidden Venice Walking Tour program (80 Euro – “including transportation fees by Vaporetto”). During our tour in Venice, we will see the main iconic structures such as St. Mark’s Square, St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace designed and used as a symbol of grandeur and power, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower, whose columns were brought from Istanbul and built from stone and marble, and then we will enjoy a pleasant walk through the streets of Venice, connected by bridges and extending along narrow canals. In the free time to be given at the end of the tour, our guests who wish may join the optional Venice Colorful Islands and Gondola Tour program (75 Euro) (can be arranged for guests who purchased the Venice Masterpieces and Hidden Venice Walking Tour). In this tour, where we will have the chance to observe the Venice island from different angles by passing through the lagoons, we will see the islands of Lido and Murano from the sea and visit Burano Island, the fishing village famous for its lace, known as one of the 10 most colorful places in the world. After free time for sightseeing and shopping, we return to Venice and complete our tour with a gondola ride, which has become the symbol of the city. VENICE – FLORENCE – (Siena Tour) – ROME
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we set off for Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, we carry out our city tour. In Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the hometown of Pinocchio, first we will see from the outside the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, the 4th largest church in Europe, which immediately attracts attention with its orange-colored dome. One of the most striking features of the cathedral is its bronze door, called the “Gate of Paradise,” where scenes from the stories of prophets, some of which are also mentioned in the Quran, are depicted symbolically. Later, Giotto’s Bell Tower, once used to invite the public to parliament, Signoria Square, which was the political and social center of Florence for centuries and where Michelangelo’s famous Statue of David is located, and the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), famous for its antique and jewelry shops, are among the places to be seen. After the Florence city tour, we move on to Rome. On the way, our guests who wish may join the optional Siena Tour program (50 Euro). Siena is famous for its narrow streets from the Middle Ages, small avenues, and Campo Square, considered the largest square in Europe. After our enjoyable walk in Siena along Campo Square and the narrow, historic streets leading to it, we continue our journey to Rome. ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Rome Local Districts Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. Our guests who wish may join the optional Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour program (85 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be Nemi. Known for its wild strawberries and called the “Strawberry Village” for this feature, Nemi hosts the annual strawberry festival. After our sightseeing tour in Nemi, where narrow streets opening onto squares, and a mesmerizing lake and valley view combine with the scent of strawberries in the air, we take you on a historical journey through Rome and its icons, called Urbs aput mundi, meaning “the city at the center of the world,” with its art, history, music, shopping, sun, and cuisine, and its buildings in different styles ranging from antiquity to the Renaissance. While the works created by architects competing with one another attract thousands of tourists to the city in every season, Rome is able to carry even these crowds without overwhelming people, with all its beauty and aesthetics. In our tour, in the imperial city of Rome, which has shaped European civilization and witnessed 23 centuries of history, first we will see from the outside the Colosseum, the ancient theater that has become the symbol of the city and hosted gladiator fights throughout the Roman Empire, the Roman Forum, which was the ceremonial center of the city in imperial times, the Fountain of Love, where legend has it that whoever throws a coin in will return to Rome, the Spanish Steps, famous for street artists, and Piazza Pietra and Piazza Popolo as panoramic sights. At the end of the tour, we offer free time in Rome city center at the Pantheon. During this free time, our guests who wish may join the optional Vatican and Rome Local Districts Tour program (65 Euro). Starting with a view of Castel Sant’Angelo – the Castle of Angels and Navona Square, we visit Vatican / San Pietro, the center of the Catholic denomination of Christianity and the smallest country in the world by area. We offer free time in San Pietro Square (St. Peter’s Square), where thousands of Catholics come and gather for worship every year, and where the Pope greets the public by stepping outside from his office on special days, and where San Pietro Cathedral, the largest cathedral in the world with 140 statues of saints, is located. Our guests who wish may visit the cathedral section free of charge, subject to availability. After the free time to be given, we begin our Rome Local Districts tour. In this tour, where we mingle with the people of Rome and feel like residents of the city, we will experience the true Italian atmosphere with its naturalness and simplicity, as well as its cafes, small family restaurants, boutiques, greengrocers, butchers, and many more small and charming shops in Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, and the Ghetto districts, as well as the Ancient Tiber Island, connected to the city by two bridges. After the walking tour through the small, table-filled, maze-like back streets, we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – (Outlet Tour) – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head to Rome Fiumicino Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. On the way, our guests who wish may join the optional Outlet Tour program (40 Euro). After the pleasant free time we will offer at the outlet center, which hosts stores of Italy’s most prestigious brands that shape the world and fashion trends, as well as cafes and restaurants and personal activity areas, we continue our journey to the airport for quality and affordable shopping. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul at 14:50 with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1224. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:20 local time and end of the tour.
