For those who long for a train journey in nature from Piribeyler station.
♦️ Every Saturday & Sunday
From the Piribeyler train station, where the borders of Dursunbey, Kütahya, and Bursa intersect in Bursa’s mountain district of Harmancık, are you ready for our nostalgic train journey to Kütahya, which will take 2 hours and 20 minutes, winding through snowy mountains and forests?
♦️ We pick up our valued guests from the specified date, time, and routes, and with our vehicle we reach Piribeyler station, Bursa’s only official train station still in service today, via Harmancık and Orhaneli. Our bus departs empty for Kütahya while we take our seats on the train and enjoy a pleasant scenic journey on our train passing through the stations and settlements of Alöve, Gökçedağ, Değirmisaz, Demirli, Emirler, Tavşanlı, Güzelyurt, YoncalıhamamKöprüören, Yoncalıhamam, and Demirciören. We take in the nature as we pass through snowy mountains and forests, and at every station where our train stops, we have the opportunity to meet local people boarding and alighting, and then we arrive in Kütahya.
When we arrive in Kütahya, we first go to the lively market area on Saturday. Then in Kütahya we see the Dönenler Mosque, also known as the Mevlevihane, Ulu Mosque, the city’s most magnificent structure, the Tile Museum, originally an imaret building, and the Hungarian Lajos Kossuth House. After a lunch and coffee break, we tour the streets of Kütahya, its market with time-resistant handicraft shops, tile makers, the famous Germiyan Street, and the Sıtkı Olçar Tile Museum located on the street. Our return journey to Bursa begins, and we part ways to meet again on the next Holiday Hunter Tourism, departing from Bursa organization.
