Day 1: Istanbul: Paris
Meeting at 08:00 in front of the Ajet Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal. After ticket and passport procedures, we depart for Paris at 10:55 on Ajet Airlines' scheduled flight VF9. Following our arrival in Paris at 12:45 local time, we depart for a panoramic city tour of Paris. On this tour, the Eiffel Tower, France's most important symbol, is among the first places to be seen. Afterwards, the Champs Elysees, famous for its elegant cafes and shops, the Place de l'Étoile and the Arc de Triomphe, from where we can watch the Paris city view, and Napoleon's tomb are among the places we will see. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel, check-in to our rooms, and free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Latin Quarter and Islands and Notre Dame Cathedral Tour and Paris By Night tour. After the tour, transfer to the hotel in Paris. Overnight at our hotel.

In this tour where we will discover the most special points of Paris on Saint Louis Island and Cité Island; Hôtel Dieu, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Sainte-Chapelle, Latin Quarter, Luxembourg Gardens and Saint-Germain District await us.
During our visit to Notre-Dame Cathedral, whose construction took a full 170 years and which became famous with Victor Hugo’s immortal novel, we will discover the impressive details of Gothic architecture. Continuing our tour, we go to the Latin Quarter, one of the oldest and liveliest areas of Paris. Here we see Sorbonne University, Sorbonne Square and the Panthéon. Then, we take a short walk and photo break in Luxembourg Gardens, one of the most elegant spots in the city. Finally, we tour Saint-Germain District, the meeting point of the worlds of literature and art. After seeing the city’s oldest church, guests who wish may sip coffee in the famous cafes frequented by thinkers such as Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir.

The city is toured panoramically under the lights. The special light show of the Eiffel Tower is watched, and from the banks of the Seine River the night views of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Concorde Square and the Opera Garnier are seen from the outside.
Day 2 : Paris
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, guests who wish may join the extra Wonderful Paris and Seine River Boat Tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour Wonderful Paris and Seine River Boat Tour Per Person 120 Euro
We begin our Wonderful Paris tour with the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris and even France. Built by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Paris III. Universal Exhibition, this structure made of a mix of steel and iron was not demolished after attracting great interest from tourists during and after the 1889 Universal Exhibition, and has remained standing to this day. We will go up to the 2nd floor of the tower, which consists of 3 sections (floors) and each section is reached by elevator, and enjoy the unique view of Paris and take beautiful photos. After our Eiffel tour, we organize a Seine River boat tour. The 776 km long Seine River, one of the most well-known rivers in the world, divides the city into two. During our river cruise, we will see many famous buildings of Paris and many bridges on the river from a unique angle. After our Seine River tour, we visit the BENLUX Store, the international center of Paris fashion with its perfumes since 1959, and give free time for shopping and sightseeing.

In our tour of the former royal palace, the Louvre Museum, visited by an average of 8 million people every year, we will have the chance to see the finest works in the history of world art all together. On our tour, we first go to Montmartre Hill, known as the "Painters’ Hill," where bohemian life still continues today, where street painters and caricaturists and many famous painters have worked, and which forms the highest point of Paris. After visiting the Sacré-Coeur Basilica (Church of Vows) standing atop this 130-meter hill, we complete our tour after free time for a portrait at the painters’ square and for sightseeing, and return to our hotel.
Day 3 : Paris

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- General Conditions are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information is conveyed to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. For the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic connecting flight purchased from Wtatil is also refunded to the guest, visa service, travel health insurance, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest by using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded to the guest as they will have been used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance are also canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independently of Wtatil, in the event that the trip is canceled by Wtatil, the guest cannot request any refund from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Wtatil has the right to refrain from canceling the tour in good faith. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guide service included in the package will only cover the round-trip airport transfer abroad.
Cancellation and changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date, provided that they notify Wtatil in writing, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to the airline by Wtatil. If there are fewer than 31 days remaining until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee after the flight ticket amount; if there are 15 days or less remaining until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. If cancellation is requested, since the cancellation/refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation request period, prior information should be obtained regarding the refund. Wtatil cannot make any commitment regarding the cancellation refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Optional Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or site entrances. If panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because the relevant local authorities do not allow visitation/entry on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, Wtatil is not responsible for the tours in question not being carried out. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
7- Our guide may make changes to the city tour and/or optional tour days depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This also applies in the event of changes in flight times.
8- Points to note in our tours conducted with Speed Boats: do not eat a heavy meal or drink excessive amounts of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
9- There is no refund if participation is not made in the tour or meal services specified in the services included in the price.
About Flights
10- Wtatil is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
11- On scheduled and special flights, delays or flight time changes may occur. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellation.
12- Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax amount.
13- Pursuant to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- For people participating in tours with flights, the check-in and boarding procedures to be performed are personal procedures, and these procedures must be completed by the guest before the flight at airports, from the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline companies' websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed personally by the guests.
16- Wtatil is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, are unable to complete their flight. All expenses related to procuring new round-trip airline tickets required for guests who miss the plane to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination region, etc., are their own responsibility.
17- In general, the baggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, baggage weight on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade procedures may be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline with which you have membership). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the tickets of the program are in an upgradable class.
19- On some airlines, food, beverages, and online check-in services may be subject to an extra charge.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In this case, Wtatil cancellation conditions will apply.
21- In cases where only category information is provided without naming the hotel(s) in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, the guest will be informed by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance than the specified locations or km. In such a case, information will be provided by Wtatil 15 days before the tour departure date.
23- During registration for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport must be entered/declared correctly into the system by the guest. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalties arising from the cancellation or change of flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, please check whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company your line belongs to.
25- Hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15.00, and check-out time is 12.00.
26- Wtatil informs the hotel of room-related requests (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type). Efforts are made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences, depending on the hotel's availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- The breakfast offered in hotels differs from the customary rich breakfast in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as continental breakfast, with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and for groups it may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
28- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be joined when necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room type.
30- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 (maximum).
32- There is an extra bed application in 3-person rooms; the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms due to the extra bed added to the standard room in 3-person room and/or child reservations, as well as the bed type.
33- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to the "single child" age group that is staying with 2 adults.
35- Exchange rate changes during the day are reflected in TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment apply. Your additional requests and some extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to an extra charge by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes currently applied are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
37- The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be longer due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, roadworks, and road conditions.
38- Wtatil may, in compulsory situations or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without disrupting the content of the program.
39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of the persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person shall be borne by the owner of the item.
40- It is mandatory for persons participating in the tour to have their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health problems, the relevant medications and reports with them.
41- For possible extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The refund of the requested deposit upon check-out is a matter between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for citizens of the Republic of Turkey.
43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
44- At customs crossings/border gates, in order for entry/exit stamps to be placed in your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed; passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Our guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will join the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to the passport they will use; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise.
47- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Since there is a possibility that our guests under 18, when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, may be asked by the police officer at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be attentive on this matter.
