DAY 01 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – BARCELONA (EMBARKATION)
After meeting at 04:50 in the morning in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we depart for Barcelona at 08:05 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1853L. After our arrival in Barcelona at 10:45 local time, transfer to Barcelona port where our Valiant Lady ship will depart. After ship check-in and passport procedures, settle into cabins and free time. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 02 TOULON / PROVANCE
Our ship will dock at Toulon port at 09:00 in the morning. Breakfast, shopping and personal activities free time. Guests who wish may join the “Aix En Provance Tour” organized as an extra by their guides. In Marseille, an important maritime city, we will start our tour by first visiting the “Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral,” located on a high hill. After this visit, Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, old town, Hotel de Ville and the marina area are some of the places to be seen. Then we will go to Aix en Provence, 40 minutes away from Marseille. It will begin with the famous St. Saviour’s Cathedral dating from the 12th century, with its Romanesque facade and covered arched passageway. Later, during a pleasant walk in the old part of the city, you will see the ancient inns here and the Mazarino district, designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 03 AT SEA
On this pleasant day we will spend at sea, our ship will offer our guests a variety of different activities. Those who wish can cool off in the indoor and outdoor pools, relax in the jacuzzis, or enjoy the Mediterranean sun in the sunbathing areas. Guests who like shopping can browse the duty-free shops, adventure seekers can try their luck at the casino, and those who prefer music and entertainment can join events organized in the ship’s different bars and lounges. Various dining options served on board throughout the day will be waiting for you. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 04 FLORENCE / PISA
Our ship will dock at Livorno Port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the "Pisa & Florence City Tour" organized as an extra by our guide. With our private vehicle waiting for us at the port, we first head to Pisa, home to the world-famous Leaning Tower. After seeing Miracle Square, the Leaning Tower, the Baptistery and the Cathedral here, we take a short photo break. Then we continue to Florence, the city where the Renaissance was born. In Florence, the Duomo Cathedral, Baptistery, Signoria Square, Vecchio Palace, Ponte Vecchio Bridge and Santa Croce Square are among the places to be seen. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship after free time on the streets of Florence. Our ship will leave the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 05 AJACCIO / CORSICA
Our ship will dock at Ajaccio port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish may join the “Ajaccio City Tour & Following Napoleon Tour” organized as an extra by their guides. Departing from the port in the morning, we first start our tour of Ajaccio, the capital of Corsica. Our first stop is the Maison Bonaparte Museum, the house where Napoleon Bonaparte, known as the founder of the city, was born. Here, we have the opportunity to see items belonging to the emperor’s childhood years and family. Then we go to Place d’Austerlitz (Napoleon Square), one of the city’s most beautiful panoramic spots. Here you can photograph the famous Napoleon monument and enjoy the unique view of Ajaccio Bay. Afterwards, we visit Ajaccio Cathedral. This cathedral was built in the 16th century and is the place where Napoleon was baptized. Inside, there are Baroque decorations and religious paintings by famous artists. With a short walk, we reach the Citadel area, which has become the city’s symbol. From here, we will have the opportunity to view both the port and the coastline from above. At the end of the tour, we give free time at Place Foch Square. Guests who wish may visit local markets, shop for Corsican cheese, wine, lavender and soap, or take a coffee break at cafes along the coast. After free time, return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 17:00 in the evening. Dinner on board.
DAY 06 IBIZA
Our ship will dock at Ibiza Port at 21:00. After breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities. Ibiza, one of Spain’s autonomous Balearic Islands, is one of the Mediterranean’s most famous tourist islands with its lively atmosphere, beaches, boutique shops and restaurants. Guests may wish to explore the historic Dalt Vila area or enjoy pleasant time on the island’s unique beaches. Dinner and overnight on board. Our ship will remain anchored at the port throughout the evening.
DAY 07 IBIZA
After breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities for our guests. Ibiza is the most popular member of Spain’s autonomous Balearic Islands and also the island’s largest city. With its historical texture, deep blue coves, luxurious marina, famous restaurants and boutique shops, it is known as one of the Mediterranean’s most vibrant holiday destinations. If you wish, you can walk through the history-filled streets in the old town area listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, called Dalt Vila, and enjoy the panoramic view from the city walls. Or you can feel the island atmosphere while enjoying the sea and sun at one of the Mediterranean’s enchanting beaches. Ibiza also draws attention with its bohemian-style boutiques, local craft markets and world-famous beach clubs. During your free time all day, you may either set out to explore or crown the day with a pleasant Mediterranean lunch. Our ship will leave the port at 17:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 08 BARCELONA - ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock at Barcelona port at 06:30 in the morning. After breakfast, we carry out our ship departure procedures and then leave the ship. With our private vehicle waiting for us at the port, we head to Barcelona Airport. After our arrival at the airport and our check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 18:35 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1856L. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:05 local time. End of our tour.
